Agree 100% on the Food Charges. I have travelled the world on many brands of cruise ships . Never paid for a hamburger or pizza on any of them.

I agree, especially for products that are lower quality than pizza and burgers I received on their competitors such as Carnival, which didn’t cost me a cent.

The smelly steam rooms were djsgusting as was the sauna with mould on the floor around hot rock area. Got off this week.

I sailed on this ship when she was the Golden Princess and in 2023 Pacific Adventure and I had 2 different experiences. I agree with your review but I must say that P&O have let this ship deteriorate probably knowing it was transferring to Carnival in 2025. I found many broken seats in the theatre and in various other locations on the ship. My balcony was filthy and covered in paint splatter and had broken furniture. The crew were clearly unhappy due to understaffing . I was on a 9 night cruise and vowed I would never sail with P&O again. I love this class of ship and I will sail on this ship when she is Carnival Adventure and I hope she is brought back up to standard by Carnival.

@@aussiejohn5835 I agree with the crew aspect, and so did many guests on my cruise, but I decided not to include it as I have heard usually the crew are very friendly. My guess it’s due to understaffing

@@CruisingTruth I am glad that you didn't include it because I have always found the crew on every ship to be very helpful and happy except for this isolated case.

@@aussiejohn5835 Yes I agree, I also spoke to other passengers who confirmed that the crew on this particular ship are usually very friendly, and it was just recently. I did meet a lot of friendly crew members though such as our cabin stewards

We found the Pacific Adventure very good unfortunately p&O are caput so we are going to be stuck with Carnival sadly
