Thank you for this video! I appreciate some of the things that you have said as I am currently 19 and I relate to the sudden awareness that you had, I now care about my appearance a lot more and trying to make an effort. I see that you have expressed feeling like you're not doing as much or don't feel like enough when you see videos on tiktok and compare yourself to them, I have also struggled with that but something that helped me is knowing that everyone circumstances and lifestyles are going to be different and you shouldn't compare yourself to other people and diminish your accomplishments, maybe in a couple years you can have that business you want, that car you want all those things, but it takes time and effort you just have to believe you will achieve it and try to make your life the happiest you can. "Comparison is the thief of joy".

Sincerely we always talk about being intentional about everything but friendship .. i think if we don't really put in effort even when it's not convenient for you we would fan out the flame of any relationship be it romantic, platonic or even the relationship with yourself
