I have found oatmeal works better for me when I bake them adding a Greek yogurt in to the mix. It’s a great sub for an afternoon treat 🙂

I like 3 wishes cereal … so yum! 3g organic sugar …and monkfruit made from chickpeas , so high in protein for sweet snack or bowl. Expensive though.

Grape Nuts do not taste like cardboard. [to me] They have molasses in them and taste sweet enough, but we used to put sugar on them. It was a comfort food for me right before I started Keto/Intermittent fasting. I stopped eating them, yeah. Unfortunately, I love oatmeal, but it does bloat and cause me weight gain. I LOVE your recipe that replace that! I have plans to have it this very morning!

I think about the bad foods I ate when I was younger. Breakfast cereals from Whole Foods are probably just as bad and I loved them! My go to breakfast is a smoothie and not only is it full of protein, but satiates me until my next meal. Thanks Autumn for all your help.

I’ve ran 10 full marathons and 20 halves. Everyone would try to convince me to carb load the night before but if I ate pasta like everyone else I got so sick. My go to before a marathon became a big steak. It worked for me

Oatmeal, on its own, is bad. However, if you load it with seeds, nuts, and protein sources e.g. protein powder or yoghurt, it's quite filling. Also, Autumn has shown on various videos her approach to oatmeal for insulin resistant folks. Cheers :).
