I have found oatmeal works better for me when I bake them adding a Greek yogurt in to the mix. It’s a great sub for an afternoon treat 🙂

Oatmeal, on its own, is bad. However, if you load it with seeds, nuts, and protein sources e.g. protein powder or yoghurt, it's quite filling. Also, Autumn has shown on various videos her approach to oatmeal for insulin resistant folks. Cheers :).

Grape Nuts do not taste like cardboard. [to me] They have molasses in them and taste sweet enough, but we used to put sugar on them. It was a comfort food for me right before I started Keto/Intermittent fasting. I stopped eating them, yeah. Unfortunately, I love oatmeal, but it does bloat and cause me weight gain. I LOVE your recipe that replace that! I have plans to have it this very morning!
