I want there to be sign posts instead of giant rings. It will just be cooler because if I want to put a giant ring where a sign would be, it would look weird on the ground and it’s just annoying to have to jump into the big ring. Also on the levels connected to other levels thing, I think they are gonna add that sooner or later since on the options menu for custom levels there is a non selectable thing that is that exact thing.

My list of things I want: 1. Bosses (cmon maybe just wrecking ball, just to have a boss idk for a final act in zone for example). 2. Signpost or capsule instead of giant ring. 3. Custom Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 special stages. 4. Ability to make levels connected so if you for example finish Ruby Temple Act 1 (my level) it takes you instantly into act 2. 5. Give ability for Sonic from Sonic 1, CD, 2 and 3 to transform into Super with 50 rings. Super Sonic would be to a seperate character that you would get Super instantly without need for rings. It would just be super cool! 6. Chemical Plant Theme in test zone or just an entire new zone. 7. Emerald Hill chunks actually having collision. Edit: 8. Dropdash for all Sonic characters. This is probably all I would want.

my idea is: custom rings. basically, you can get an image, and replace it for rings. you can rename the heads up display, too. for example: emeralds, gems, chilidogs, coins, etc. it would definetly upgrade scavenger hunt levels.

I know I am very late, but there is some things that I would like to be added Power-up gates: Do you know the ring gates that only open when you have a specific amount of rings or the ones that opens when you are wearing certain character? Well, now I have the idea of adding power-up gates, this gates will only open up when you have a certain power-up like the shield, bubble etc, if you don't have the power-up that the gate is suggesting then it will not open up I would like some custom options for the BG changer too, like this ones: Transition Speed - It basically changes how fast the time of the background changing will be, it goes from 0 which instantly changes the background, to 20 which slowly changes the background Tint Sharer - It basically saves the changes that you made with the colors of the level, a example of that: I made the grass floor of Green Hill Zone red, if the Tint Sharer is ON, then all the background changes that I make will have the same changes that I did with the coloration of the level

Characters? Yes Mighty and Ray are both cool characters, but i am thinking so much about Silver, Hypersonic “If you get 100 rings as super sonic u automatically transform into hyper” Super Silver and Shadow, and i also want a special stage mechanic. Also, im thinking about an Episode feature. When you make a level, that level can be added to special level sagas called packs. You can make 9 levels in a pack and it has to be seven normal levels and a custom special level for the last two. the 7 normal levels will give you chaos emeralds if you do a specific task “set by developer of level” and then complete the level. I forgot to mention, you have to complete a level to unlock the next. The last two special levels will help you unlock Shadow and Silver as special characters in only one pack. (you have to unlock them in every pack to complete it” After unlocking Shadow and Silver, you get to create your own boss layout choosing from the following boss fights: Death Egg Robot boss, Fight against Neo Metal Sonic, or Fight Dark Gaia. You can choose from those or pick 3 multiple bosses from the easier stages. In all those levels, you will be given 350 rings every boss. If you fight Death Egg Robot, Neo Metal Sonic, or Gaia, you will be given 500 rings as Super Sonic, Shadow, and Silver. You can switch between these characters for different abilities and buffs. Sonic’s flight speed is faster, along with a spin dash attack which has a 5 sec cooldown. Shadow’s attack power is faster and he has the Chaos Control power (Allowing you to teleport anywhere on the screen) and the Limiter attack. The limiter attack is where you take off your limiters and do 25% more attack, you are 25% more faster, and you attack faster by 25%. Your cooldown is 25 seconds. Silver lets you slow down time and deal dmg by touching the boss. When u touch the boss, you deal 5 dmg. when u use any ability, you deal 30 dmg. Death egg robot has 500 hp, Neo has 750, and the Dark Gaia has 1000. I hope yall read this long, cause if u did i have given u a virtual cookie

I want there to be more level assets, green hill is the only one you can use due to how the other levels are purely broken and can't bring as much creativity as green hill is. Take for example Star light zone, it has the minimum of like 10-20 assets and they aren't even that useable. It's mostly filled with just slopes and not anything much. That's pretty much why I want more assets.

On the topic of zone connections, I have another thing to add: Zone transitions So like in Sonic 3 you complete Hydrocity and then the water launches you to Marble Garden, so it's not just fade out fade in

my idea is custom characters: you can start with any character or make a character from scratch, and be able to color in the preset character or make a new character within the amount of space (I think the average sonic character is 16x16 pixels?) and you can color in every single animation! if you are too lazy you can just set a color palette and every color gets replaced with what color you set it to (for example, you start with sonic and set all the blues to shades of black, then every blue becomes black) seems difficult to add but would be a good feature

Even if i'm 2 or more months late, i do agree with the "More Characters" Part, Mighty and Ray are classic characters and they should be added. Same with Sally, Antoine, Bunnie, Etc. These Characters are classic, and would fit perfectly in the Game, unlike Rouge and Shadow who are modern characters that for some reason are in the game

More awesome things to add/change to CSS Starter pack: 1. *Chaos Emeralds* It doesn't feel right to be able to just CHOOSE him, so add them! Bonus: MORE SUPER CHARACTERS 2. *Skins/cosmetics/unlockables* These would be a fun addition! Like the ashura and rose sonic badges, you do something, get something! Bonus: Checkpoints can be mania style and can unlock things when you beat the minigames? i want signposts cus, the giant rings are kinda bad and look like your entering special stages but your really completing the stage, also my second one is to make the level bound of classic sonic games, ik what ur thinking, but just make your own bound using events?, BUT that would be to complicated, so it makes everything feel more retro, andd this other one is for a sprite for ending special stages, like when they all rise up when completing one, instead it just dissapears, so i wissh it was added that, also i wish the moving objects for marble zonee, and my last one is the s1 s2 special stages! and my ACTUAL LAST ONE is to change the pallets of whatever by clicking flowers, andd make your own pallets instead of having the ssamee old pallets, so like change the flower pallets and, add new plants to your level. and my last lAST ONE is to make an exe level like make your own exe and fight it, i like that kind of stuff.

1. The first boss is called the Egg Wrecker. and then the Egg Scorcher, you could at least know some of the names! 2.Sonic Mania IS a classic sonic game. I. Mighty and Ray aren't appearing as modern characters II. Classic sonic can't boost III. Game is very much 2D IV. -Classic Sonic- Santiago is transported to the future, to sonic forces.(screw you tails, he is not from another dimension) 3. You mean more templates. More templates. 4. I actually agree with this, and maybe a tile editor would be nice too, to maybe make custom tiles out of the current tiles. But I really hope there's no SMM style where you need blocks to do so.

This is things I want and how they should do it 1 bosses they should add a extra section for bosses you would place where it starts and it would have boss options where you could customize the boss like add the bosses from the levels in the game already like green hills emerald hill labyrinth so and so but maybe add death egg robot and mecha sonic mk 1 and 2 2 checmical plant scrap brain and angel island zone because we could use another sonic 2 zone we have almost all zones from sonic 1 besides scrap brain and we could also use another sonic 3 zone 3 level codes there will be a extra option for custom levels being codes where if you put in the code you would play the level so if there is a certain level you see and like you can get the code and play it 4 more characters ray mighty chatoix silver blaze even maybe more super characters like Neo metal sonic or super shadow 5 mania skins (idea by rj plays) they would be a game-pass and when you buy them you can get the skins for sonic tails and knuckles 6 signs lets say your level is like a city level or something and at the end you want a sign that says come again you can place the sign and type in that and have a filter so someone can’t right werid stuff on it and for spring yard you can do the lights in the sky that says stuff 7 skin changer it would be like the background changer event but instead the zone skin so it can go from the normal green hill to the snow skin midway through the level 8 chase sequence it would be a event so at a certain point something will chase you until you do a event to make the chase stop so like the whales from adventure 1 the truck from adventure 2 and the lava from sonic 1
