1. Don't put a woman on a pedestal. You'll be too nervous around her. You'll be in chase mode which is no good. She's not better than you. Treat her like every other girl. 2. Don't be afraid of rejection. It's like trying NOT to lose a game rather than trying to win a game. Remember the 2004 ALC? Don't be afraid of losing. Don't be afraid of rejection. 3. Don't try to get a woman to like you. If she's not interested, drop it. Move on to other girls.

You know I realized something about myself: Sometimes I just need reminders. I know how to do everything, and I've done the practice, but I forget once I'm heading towards a date. Whenever someone reminds me (a good friend of mine does this with me sometimes), I get back into my natural zone. I think I'll make short audios for myself filled with reminders... Maybe, Tripp, you can make some short encouraging reminders for us to listen to before heading out?

I think a man should go on a first date with an attitude as if he is interviewing the girl for a job. Not being harsh, but simply being neutral and inquisitive in order to determine if the girl has potential. If you are over eager, you appear weak. Being forthright is the way to go.

Yes, but it can backfire big time if you seem disappointed that she isn't highly educated, well read, etc. People can be very insecure about that. Negging is for experts. A newbie trying to neg a woman can find himself alone quickly. It's like fumbling with the pin of a grenade. The other day a young woman seemed apologetic that she'd been vaxxed three times when I asked. What I did not do is say I'd be concerned to date her for that reason. That would be a neg too far.

I got this problem, right now it's not a big deal but I can see it becoming a really big problem in the future. There was a girl I talked to, conversation went really great and we both enjoyed it. Was she interested in me though? Seemed like it but definitely not 100% sure. Right when I was about to ask her phone number, my inner demon was somewhat trying to convince myself to not ask for her number by asking questions like "What if the teasing and whatever techniques you just used did not do anything?" "The conversation was great but what if in reality it wasn't and she was just acting to make it look like it was great or it was just an illusion." "She seems interested in you? In the end, it's only what you think and what if what you think is false." So, in the end, the conversation ended without me asking her number. Tripp, do you have any advice for this problem? Just in case the demon comes out again in the future. At that time, my parents were there and her parents were there too and she and I were only 16. So yeah, a rejection would probably get me into trouble.
