One thing to improve your viewers. Stop the background music. You are teaching.

Appreciate the feedback! This was actually my first video with music, and it’s more of a talking video rather than a teaching lesson. This has been my best-performing newly released video so far, with the highest view duration, so it seems most viewers are enjoying it. I’ll keep experimenting, though, to find the right balance!

@@Pegasus-Chess I didn't notice the Music, but I always love pets in the background. I don't like time increments, but they're not going away.

Hello, could you make a video on how to avoid the experience of immediately seeing what is wrong with a move AFTER playing it? I mean, not noticing it before playing it, no matter how many times I calculate, I'm sure it doesn't only happen to me. There is no video about it in all youtube, I admire you I always collaborate with my like in each video,, thank you for your time.

Look for a pattern (or patterns) in the things you’re missing. Is it knight forks? Aligned heavy pieces vulnerable to skewers? Is it moving a pawn that was defending a square or that now opens a line for an opposing piece? Is it checks or captures? When you’ve identified a pattern ensure that you explicitly check for it during the blunder check you do before making each move. If you’re playing 3-minute blitz it’s not so simple to do that effectively so if it feels infeasible increase the time control.

I think what will help the most is a blunder prevention video, because that's the only way to avoid that experience. I currently have a blunder prevention lesson in our classroom on Discord, might also make one for YT later. You can join here: discord.gg/3HAppyY2Mg

That's a good suggestion, you can focus on multiple openings if they synergize well. Thanks for leaving a comment!

hello , i am 1900 who keeps tilting a lot , when i am focused i even anihilate high 1900s and 2000s . but one thing which annoys me is that i am only 1500 blitz . should i play more blitz?
@Pegasus-Chess3 күн бұрын
I would focus on rapid mostly, and if you do want to improve at blitz pick a slow blitz time control like 5+3
