Dr sahab my wife is a insulin resistance patient even she was having little bit high thyroid as well like her value was 4.3 so as per doctor he gave her glucophage 250 twice a day and thyroxin 4 times a week since 8 months. Now her insulin resistance test shows 19 value as she was before on 43. But thyroxin drops few months before to 1.3 but now its 3.4. Her main core issue is blurr vision since 3 weeks. And she wants to avoid medicine now and come on natural good deit. She is doing walk twice a day for 30 min. Please help what to do?

Salam sir age 40 years female hn me. Hba1c 5.9 hai. Diet se control kr rhi hn me 1 saal se.. kabhi kabhi tablet khati hn jab fasting 100 se upar aati hai to.. wese fasting 87 se 100 tak rehti hai.. kia tablet daily khani chahiye..??

Drink moringa.im in same boat...I reversed it almost in a month but I did diet limit carbs. And did exercise .did intermittent fasting ..in a Luke warm water add lemon and moringa and zera powder mix it and take it in morning empty stomach...v powerful antioxidant
