Same here, I'm a massive fan of these little bikes but like you said - theft can be a MAJOR problem with them. That's why I always preached to guys when I was selling these mini bikes that you better have good insurance, it's cheap and will save your butt should someone decide to just toss it in the back of their truck / van while you're parked somewhere. Great vid! Love how you compare the metro and ruckus to this. All the disappointment I see is comparing this to the grom. Its a scooter that you swing your leg over. If you have any mechanical sense at all or you use the bike at least once every few weeks the carb will never be a problem. People forget that carbs we’re commonplace on everything not many years ago. The ruckus and metro still have carbs and they sell out everywhere still.

I bought mine used with no intention of doing so, but I love it. I got it cheap and was going to flip it but it's too fun. The $1800 price range is not accurate from what I've seen though, after tax license, and all the dealer fee's I've seen, look to pay at least $2400. I know tax doesn't count, but the dealer fees are always there.

Same here bud, I've gotten to the point to where I could care less about anything with a carb these days - unless it's something that just really tickles my fancy so-to-say lol and has everything else going for it. I think the price point on this thing makes a lot of people forget about the carb woes and I'm one of them, it's cheap enough and has quite a few other positives that would make me forget about that at the end of the day. Thank you, appreciate the kind words ;)

I 100% agree. I had a deposit down for almost 3 months before I got mine. Be prepared to pay almost double to get it out the door of a dealership too. My fiancé LOVES this bike though. Just last week I installed the Hot Laps exhaust and now her Navi is almost as loud as my 22’ Grom SP with the Vance & Hines Hooligan exhaust. She gets so excited taking off from an intersection now that she just leaves me in her dust. Aftermarket exhaust makes the Navi so much meaner but you’ll have to wait about 7 weeks if you want that as well because that is a bespoke exhaust from Japan. As Kevin said, all the parts are pretty cheap too but you will have a hard time finding where to purchase them. The Navi has VERY uncommon tire sizes and because of the low clearance between the rear tire and the back of the crankcase, larger tires are just not an option without other modifications. I like to build up my bikes with a lot of aftermarket parts like most who have Groms, that said; I would recommend this bike but also warn of the challenges regarding parts for this bike.
@MilesToRoam852 жыл бұрын
All they need to do now is have the tire companies make off road tires for it or have Honda boost the OEM tire sizes on these scooters. I would buy one tomorrow if i could install dual sport tires on it.
