Great song! Especially liked the guitar playing. Kept waiting for a blistering duelling guitars solo on the outro though... Is the drums real or vst? Making copies of others songs could be another way of inspiring oneself. Has been trying to copy Avalon and More Than This by Roxy Music for the last month - I didn't even get close, but it was really fun, and made me wanna start writing my own songs again.

You don't need to tell me about procrastination... I have a 9 song thrash metal album I should have put on bandcamp but I keep hearing sounds I like in other songs (I want those toms!! That kick!!! Oh that bass is great!!!). Need to just say done is done. It's good enough!
