Omg I am so glad that I came across you accidentally.I usually can't sleep and wake up and go downstairs and think at 4am or 5am i can't sleep and ponder on 2 hours being annoyed that Ican't sleep. But now I feel quite Fortunate that I have 2wonderful hours of doing Yoga meditation and a beautiful long shower followed by oiling up my dry skin to get ready for work. Now I feel fresh and motivated and quite happy and lucky to still be on planet earth at the tender age of 62😊😊

also 50+... lost 26 kg /57 lbs/4 stone in 9 months. carnivore (with organic olives, olive oil, greek yogurt, and occasional sauerkraut and honey). its probable, possible and achievable ✌ just be consistent. if you slip get back to it the next day. wish you all the best 🌼

So so many good points in this. I’m a type 1 diabetic and I tackle it a lot like you, it’s the small steps that put together lead you in the right direction. For me sleep, protein, less carbs and exercising every day is essential. Especially at 50 with 30 yrs of type 1 under my belt. ❤

When I was doing a little yoga daily it worked miracles for me, just simple yoga cause I’m crunchy and stiff in the mornings too, journaling is something I do every morning with coffee while it’s quiet, best brain dump ever and I lovvvve sketching in my journal and using stickers in it to help convey my thoughts and feelings and using calligraphy pens and such, seeing those decorative pages light up my soul! What I’ve discovered even at 63 is that when I’m consistent with simple exercise and mindful eating the weight comes off at a steady clip, being CONSISTENT is what works for me, I agree with everything ur saying, great video, I’m a new sub!

Needing to re-watch your video three times over just because I love your northern accent! I hope that's not naughty of me to say that! Commonsense points you have raised here. I love an early morning (4am walk) on the treadmill where I clock up 11k steps in no time and then I build up on those throughout the day. My sleep is still poor and I am working on that. Journalling is something I really look forward to in the mornings when I am sat at my desk with a cuppa. I do still remember the British Gas tortoise 🤣🤣

I'm songlad you mentioned that you EAT! So many ppl are doing intermittent fasting, and seears is the only way to lose weight, but it doesn't work for everyone. For some, it puts your body into "hold onto to all that fat" mode, and you lose nothing. TY for the tips
