As a long time tractor trailer driver and instructor, I appreciate your videos. Playing the green is a great lesson. Space. Visibility. Time.

Among my favorite of your videos. I like these more "advanced" tips. Even more so since I practice most of them as common sense. Reassuring to know my common sense is just that. The middle of 3 lanes tactic is the only one I've tried on instinct but hadn't really thought out. At the expense annoying shortsighted toddlers with anger management issues, I try to time the traffic lights by coasting. Ahh coasting... lost art.

I do know that if I see a green light from far and if it’s been green for a while I do keep in mind that it will turn yellow by the time I reach it

Some times, if you manage your speed you can make that light turn green. Of course it depends on the length of the light and how far you are from that light my friend. All the best, Cheers Rick

Thank you for doing this defense Driving tech 😊❤😊 it should be mandatory for all drivers take a defensive driver course It's not that I'm forcing dictating your freedom to drive. It's just a great LESSON I feel for all 18 wheelers in today's driving I see daily such aggressive driving. I watch all sides when at traffic lights. I have seen more and more people just running red lights, a very close cut off. Those BIG rigs can not stop on a dime Please people if the big rig needs to change lanes, give him a brake. Let him over, then safely pass him. 😊

Why would the H.O.V lane be on the right lane of a Kelowna city street?
