@@lean_factory Your most welcome. I am having a SME scale garments factory. I am having few challenges; * I have staff shortages, * I am not getting daily output of finished goods, it goes as a long batch for atleast 2 to 3 weeks. I am trying to figure out how I should break this practice, and ensure that I have a certain amount of units which comes for packing... Each style we stitch in 6 colors, so there is a small norm that if they take one color fully and complete that and go for the other color, thinking that they need nt keep changing the thread colors if they take one style with multiple colors, but in small qty... Can you advise how I should break this practice and ensure we have certain amount of FG out on a daily basis, if that is the best action? Sorry for the long paras , appreciate if you could advise me on this... Thanks in advance..
