2:15 Totally agree!! Also In my office, we use wAnywhere, and I really like it! It focuses on productivity without invading privacy-I also get access to my productivity statistics, which helps me track and improve my performance. It’s a great example of how employee productivity management software can balance accountability and trust in the workplace.

I'm such a believer in gratitude. It helps with productivity and so many other areas of business and life. Love how you described these processes as being obvious but unnoticed. Yes to productivity in the workplace!! Cheers!

2:55 What about a doctor, or other job where a mistake can be fatal?
@LiveOnPurposeTV5 жыл бұрын
Some jobs carry a higher level of risk with mistakes, but they happen. Most doctors do their best and never try to harm patients. Grateful for my doctors for sure. I think we can differentiate, Sruly Appelbaum. Thanks for watching.

@@LiveOnPurposeTV I appreciate the reply. I'm asking this as I'm a pre-med student hoping to one day be in that position. I'd like to know what mindset you suggest a doctor to have toward making mistakes.
@LiveOnPurposeTV5 жыл бұрын
Intent is huge. Make sure that you do everything you can to insure that your care will not lead to mistakes. If something happens then what can you (and those around you) learn from the incident to make sure it doesn't happen again. Also, you can't save everyone, just try. Every doctor has difficult times and when it happens to you, don't be afraid to talk to someone. We need caring doctors.

@@LiveOnPurposeTV I appreciate that. And how should a doctor respond psychologically after making a mistake?

The only thing that makes gratitude work in the long run, is when deserved! Also often excessive gratitude tends to foster the thinking that people are performing above their pay grade and eventually develop a sense of entitelment just for showing up. I think people deserve the respect of an honest evaluation and a truck load of help and support from their leaders when they can demonstrate the desire to improve.

I found your point of personal development particularly noteworthy and highly relevant to the ongoing growth of our organization. Utilizing advanced employee tracking software such as CleverControl, we have been able to effectively identify crucial moments when our employees require a well-deserved break or mental training. In line with this, we recently organized a highly impactful mental fitness event within our organization, which proved instrumental in fostering personality development and substantially elevating the overall productivity of our dedicated workforce.

Pay rise rules over all. Buisness men are tricky. Would avoid pay rise at all costs and prefer to manipulate other ways to keep workers going.

@@LiveOnPurposeTV I feel like you are implying that I did not watch your video. I did. All these types of videos explain all sorts of strategies never mention pay rise. From one angle you could say the businessman is thinking how can I get the most out of my workers without paying them more.

@kim vitali ..i agree with you .. lets face the reality that business men only wants to profit and does not care at all by there employees .. its very common here in our country .. they are not worried at all because for them employes are replaceable .. i think we should live by this reality❤ rather than hiding the truth.
