5 toxic habits and beliefs you should let go of, if you want to live a high quality, happy life. Number 1. Blaming. Believing that it’s always someone else’s fault. Number 2. The belief that successful people are greedy/selfish/fill in the blank. Number 3. Believing everything you hear / not having a mind of your own. Number 4. The belief that you need other people to complete you. Number 5. Allowing money to control your decisions.

I was unhappy because of being bullied by so many people all of my life. I still have trauma and anger flare ups but that is normal and part of nature. As a victim of people's greed/jealousy/envy and gossip, I have a staunch view that gossip should be punishable by jailtime as it has lead to Salem Witch Trials and MeToo movement. Part of Kundalini is accepting of ome's own shadow. I did this. I know money doesn't itself lead to Happiness but it will lead me to freedom away from my toxic family and to my own happiness. I know not all Rich people are greedy and I know not all adults are giving. I do believe fighting for one's rights and standing up for oneself. I do forgive the ones that hurt me in the sense they will not envelop my life but they still need to pay me financial restitution which in turn will help me do what I love to do and further my dreams. Even peaceful monks have had to learn to fight. Even Angels have swords.

The very beginning of this video needs to acknowledge that A negative mindset can be created by bad circumstances. Some people grow up in families with narcissistic or worse parents, some are plagued with abuse and neglect. These sityations make the person grow up damaged. Yes if they snap out of it and become positive thinking adults they will have a better life. But... It is very naive to think that this will be easy or in some cases possible.

Fear, controlled my decisions. And I have never blamed others, I have always blamed myself, as I am hardest on myself. Fear made me "run away". But I was never negative till my late husband died....fear of abandonment, fear of everything caused me to sell everything, even my home....to run away. I was overwhelmed, and ran. I cannot deal with negative people or environments. The energies I feel off of everyone, everywhere, even animals, trees. I finally saw a Parapsychologist. Through massive testing, a NY University doctor diagnosed me as an extreme Empath, a Sensitive. I never knew. I always thought I was different, but that empathy made me a better trauma/ICU/ER Nurse. I am still learning to build a "bubble" around me, to not absorb others energies. I know them before I know them. Historical places & cemeteries are the hardest on me. Heck, I feel trees, plants and talk to them...strange, but it helps. I was diagnosed as an Empath when I was 47 yr old.....and still learning how to deal with this.

One doesn't need to be rich to be completely fulfilled or satisfied. If one feels happy or satisfied then one is a successful individual. I like what was said if one takes responsibility for one's actions. Instead of blaming others & that's what some do. When they don't want to deal with certain situations. Or they don't want to be accountable for their own mistakes. Having one's own mind even though there's times one might need to listen to reason.

I think I needed to hear this. I've been questioning how to move on from a terrible situation however I'm perceiving whatever love I think is buried in those grains. I'm a valuable person. I'm actually writing these words in total tears because I realize I really have to own the responsibility of moving on. to where? to a more valuable me and that's only possible by leaving two toxic situations. one instance, two people really suffer in my wake. other, working under someone who has his own deeper things going on that manifest in the form of delusional lack. I appreciate your help. I have no idea how KZbin manages to drop these things so perfectly when I'm really in these states but I appreciate that as well. thank you.

Money means freedom not happiness! Freedom of choice! Freedom to be and do whatever you choose, whenever you want! It also means security! At basic levels food, shelter and safty! Great mental attitude is essential but it wouldn't pay for my house where my children live! I don't need billions! Millions will be nice though 😉 Just enough not to struggle until the next pay cheque! I guess good health is essential for happiness! At least in my case! I can live with being penniless and working to improve it! But can't imagine being ill! I make for lack of money by enjoying being healthy!

If you need millions to get by comfortably then you are living beyond your means and conflating material wealth and extravagence with need. If you earn say 150k per year and live in a 4000 square foot house that cost 750k then you are doing it all wrong. It is crazy to me how so many people live wrecklessly, thinking because now they make more money that means they should live above their means. Always live below your means, so you can get out of debt quicker and having something to show for it when you retire. Just because everybody you know lives beyond their means and is stifled by exorbitant debt they may never escape, doesn't mean you need to be a good little mindless Lemming and follow them off a cliff.

Definition of freedom from Google -> "the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint." Money can never be freedom, as it is the restraint from doing something. How many times have you heard it said, "I cant afford (X)". Not to mention, real freedom is uncountable! This is why I continually point out, that capitalist minions have no idea what the word freedom even means.

6. Believing that one can not live alone. Anybody can live without friends and without a mate. It is no longer a necessity to have people in your life in the 21st century.

No.1 hit me hard, I make the same mistakes in relationships time and time again. Time for me to own up to it and make a change and take time out and change my ways so I'm better for the next lady who I meet. I had to have the best one I ever met walk away from me to finally admit I have been wrong this whole time.

1. A little saying first that I have come up with... a motto if you will, then I'll open up about myself a little. (Fair warning I tend to be long winded) "When backed into a corner, do not swing at those who put you there, reflect on how you got there, and then swing around." - Essentially let them become a figment of your past, make them wish they had seen what you are truly capable of, in a way yes this places a little bit of blame on them, but overall if you can reflect and swing around them you will be better off then you were when they put you in the corner so too speak. - Note how I said AROUND, not on them, proving them wrong is enough comeuppance for a lifetime. xP As for that promised story: I was a loser after high school I didn't care about my life, I was in a figurative hole... a hell of my own making, and after 10 years of not having a job/life outside of my parents/me doing everything they wished of me, I finally landed a job that I absolutely loved, but sadly something happened that caused us both to part ways mutually/on somewhat good terms. I have fought depression pretty endlessly since leaving high school. Even though I wasn't chosen to be allowed to move on with the company I still thank them for the time/training they gave me. - I could have easily blamed them for this proverbial corner I am in at the moment, but instead of blaming them I have chosen to just use this time to better myself/push for a dream I forgot I had, I was far too lost in my own head/depression to snap out of it alone, sure I might not have threatened suicide during those times, but I would also be lying if I said I have never had those thoughts, albeit I always managed to stave them off, and fought that lie. 2. We shouldn't judge ANYONE by what they do for a living, their character/how they treat others is all I need to see about someone, there are some genuinely awesome people out there regardless of what they do for a living/where they are at in life. 3. *Cough* media - Too much energy wasted in believing everything you hear or read. We often have different experience/vantage points that if we observe can allow us to see, or react in a different way then the person who is blinded by the thick of it so too speak. - They have blinders on and only see how they might have been slighted/offended by a situation... it is a form of confirmation bias, and those on the outside can see often see how both parties reacted poorly, albeit yes sometimes 1 party is almost always more at fault than the other. 4. Before a recent relationship, I was feeling extremely lonely, and yea I thought I was better off with her in my life, but with everything that happened in the relationship, especially the waning "hours" of the relationship, and the recent sad attempt at reconnection, but the most transformative part was what happened in the days after the "break up." - I realized I really didn't need her in my life, sure it is nice to have someone to speak too, but if they aren't willing to listen to your troubles/things aren't mutual then yea... we really do not need a relationship. xD 5. Money? Hah... I am not allowing that to have a decision in what I am pursuing, I am pursuing my career choice because I WANT too, not because of money, I often wont apply to just any job, because I don't just want any job, I want to have a job I care about, I am not asking to make a difference in the world, but I know the importance of making a difference in a person's life/a company's life, and that is usually helped by someone who cares about what they are doing, and are sometimes willing to do the job for MUCH less. (NO I am not suggesting we ignore what others are making in our chosen profession, and we should NOT sell ourselves short, but when we are willing to take a job for much less and do the job at a fraction of the cost, it can show a significant willingness to remain/be the best you can be.)

It is like a godly behaviour...money without sacrifice, love & respect without any pecuniary part in return......it seems, in the social order, toxicity imbalance would remain and with the time toxicity may reduce, not evaporated....The next cycle is not too far to arrive
