I haven’t heard road trip stories in so long anywhere in the narration community and they’re absoute best creepy stories (along with gas stations, rest stops and hotels IMO)

That's definitely your opinion. Because I totally disagreed. Road trip scary stories are ok though. IMO hiking, camping, forest, dogman, bigfoot and skinwalker stories are the best.

@@icantthinkofaname15 I like hiking, camping and general countryside ones too. I can do a little bit of paranormal / creature but sometimes I feel like channels overkill with it. Same with stalkers / online stuff, I can do it small doses but I feel those are over killed a bit too. I would like to see channels do more backpacking / hostel type stories or overnight train stories because that’s where personally I had the weirdest stuff happen to me & people I know. I travel a lot so maybe that’s why being in transit (as a road trip / train) is most relatable to me while I had no paranormal / creature incidents so it’s more removed from me 🤷🏻‍♂️

The wife is supposed to help her husband stay awake Lol! 😆 On our vacation Road Trips, I tend to "talk alot!" My Husband will say... honey, take a nap I'm wide awake, so try to get some rest. His polite way of saying, I'm talking to much. I can never ever fall asleep when we take a Road Trip. you have no idea how grateful I am for these videos. last night we had a bad thunderstorm where I'm at and my little dog is terrified of the thunder and I couldn't calm him so I went and put on one of your videos and played it out loud over the thunder and it soothed him to sleep. I used to leave your videos running if I would leave him home alone so I figured why not try doing it with the storm too and it worked. seriously thank you not only do I enjoy these but my dog does too.

I also have a doggie that is terrified of storms. I totally agree with you, as my dogs (3 dachshunds); know when it’s quiet time, the stories start. I do believe it calms and soothes them too. 😊

Just an FYI... Referring to "touched" story... If you get sleepy instead of bouncing off the walls from drinking coffee, tea, soda...It usually means you have some type of ADD, ADHD... I just thought it was an interesting piece of information and thought I'd share. (So, if you happen to have an extra hyper child, try giving just a bit of coffee or caffeinated tea before bed and see if it helps:) ❤️

Don't get me wrong I love Darkness's content (and have for many years) but by god were these stories awful. I don't mean the composition nor the reading of them but rather non of them actually caused even a slight bit of fear. It was honestly laughable and this is coming from a huge cry baby. The only story that was even slightly eerie was 'The Runners' (the first story).
