I think I would leave Fritos out of the hot corn mixture and instead DIP the Frito scoops into the hot corn. Same flavors, but the Fritos stay crunchy.

These all looked amazing! A couple bring back some memories. My favorites at pot lucks? EVERYTHING....😂😂😂😂 I use to so enjoy these. A lot of families I knew were farmers and Ranchers in Ks. Amazing foods. When i lived in western Colorado my store would have employe pot lucks. We had many older Hispanic women with life long recipes. Oh my, it was just fantastic. I think I’m going to try the hot corn casserole but as a dip not add the chips to the casserole but dip the chips in the casserole. It sounds delicious Oh and those bbq sliders yummmmmm Everything sounds delicious

Everything looked so good! My husband loves baked beans. I believe someone brought that corn dish to my granddaughter’s birthday party. I had no ides what was in it. Now I do lol! I never thought about baking the potatoes for potato salad. I’m gonna try that! Sliders of any kind are so delicious! At a potluck the desserts are my favorite. Then the sides especially if it’s something I never had or something I know someone makes all the time. Have a great week!

I’m not sure what my favorite thing at a potluck would be. I like potlucks because I can usually find foods I like (pasta salads, potato salad, deviled eggs, etc.) that my family doesn’t like!

I Valerie, your baked bean casserole I make something similar but I add a can of kidney beans, Lima beans, to it as well. So good an I call it Calico Beans.(my grandma use to make it). You might try next time
