After trying numerous programs and not one of them working, this particular vertical jump training has been my savior. Two weeks ago I could just touch the rim and it was embarrassing. You gotta shoot it with less strength, but, with a higher arc. Why? Beacause the corner 3pt is the closest from the hoop, and that's why people struggle with shooting from the corner. So, try shooting it with less strength, and, a higher arc.

Luisa San Juan there are no exercises for growing. just eat healthy, get a good amount of sleep and don't train with weights. if u are from a tall family, chances are good u are gonna be tall as well. just don't worry about your height too much and get that work in to improve your game

Reed Rees ask your friend to kick a ball in your direction as hard as he can, and you have to catch it, if you are already getting better at it, ask your friend to kick in random direction and u have to catch it

Reed Rees learn on softening your hands or letting the ball dictate where your wrists go.. you most likely have a stabbing technique or your hand isnt breaking with the ball enough

You can use a bench, a picnic table, or a stable chair pressed up against something. But there are other exercises you can do to increase your vertical if you don't have a plyometric box.

Honestly it takes time. Practice dribbling with your eyes closed. It will give you a "sixth sense" for where the ball is. You can check my channel for my tips.

Hi there everyone. I'm really struggling to Increase my jump height I don't have a lot of money to spend on weights and equipment. Do you think Vert shock is a great training program? I was just reading this product jeromelok.adamfolker.hop.clickbank.net/?prod=2 and it does look good and the cheapest one I've ever seen.. and it says there is no need for additional equipments.. BUT I really want other peoples feedback..Have you tried it or do you think it's good and worth it? Thanks!

I have a very low vert for my height... this is why I hate my body. I play sports where height, jump, and speed is necessary (volleyball and basketball) but I have a low vert and to add insult to injury, I'm short, Anyway I can make it?

i started at 14 last summer. Im 15 now and I been playing basketball almost everyday. Now that im into basketball I wish I started way earlier bc I wanna be good enough to get into college and maybe go in the NBA and that takes a lot of work. And I dont think I can do any of that because I have only a couple of years left.

Ayeee i was in the exact same state as you last year bro!! Number 1 tip i'd have to give you is just to KEEP JUMPING, jump training is extremely helpful but time consuming and kinda boring sometimes. The only one way to get better at something is to do it over and over again. Also make sure you STRETCH man!!!! I am now 15 5"11 and can dunk.
