QUESTIONS: If I'm currently doing leg workouts multiple times during the week, should my inclusion of the video exercises replace my current leg work or be combined with it? Also, if this were my only leg work, how many times per week should it be performed?
@overtimeathletes2 жыл бұрын
So I typically program lower body resistance training 2x per week. However if the goal is to increase vertical you should be jumping about 4x per week prior to your resistance training.

Will this help with speed? I’ve had 2 track meets and did the 100. Both times I was winning most of the race, then I barely lost at a photo finish. What should I do to improve?
@michaeliwinski63593 жыл бұрын
You probably need to work on more back and core strength if you can't handle high speeds. In addition, I would add in more 200m and 400m to get your body used to maintaining high speeds.

@davidsenay28112 жыл бұрын
@@mariamaharlikamahajon9583 body positioning , is your torso straight , are your arms in sync, does your plant foot hit curve, is it quick enough , was the push off step long enough . You want to utilize the glutes over the quads and the position of your body will determine that.
