kinda ironic that GQ would bring a buddhist monk to talk about the pursuit for happiness when the company encourages superficial behaviour.

Please lower the music volume and tone. I can't imagine why this piece was chosen - it sounds more like one that would be played to cover up what is being said, not something to emphasize or accompany these very important steps for being happy in our lives, regardless of any difficult challenges we are facing. Thank you, though, for sharing this wonderful message. Perhaps the music was chosen to push us to listen carefully.

We all looking how to stay healthy and happy , for me it is very important to pay attention to people as Matthieu Ricard,; around 10 years ago, I read in the news that was proved that he is or was the happiest man in the world , but life changed for everybody in the new century, every single day is always something , so my question for M. Ricard is, < i hope he read and answer it > could you still be happy living outside where you live ? Thank you

Sometimes, life is good without any expectation. The interview scrip shows how this incredible man behave and handle problems for the world outside. Anyway, i think the background music theme is not so appropriate for the video. It can be better with emotional music that can touch people more.

Indo-Tibetan philosophy represents the most profound and important system of thought and action on the planet - this is the the "little kids " "feel good version - that makes no difference to anyone whatsoever! Perhaps this is of some value if you move to a monastery or a cave in the Himalayas! But I doubt it as it has nothing to do with the actual struggle for mental transformation...
