If I eat better(pasture raised cheap cuts of meat like kidneys, liver that are full of b vitamins & minerals & bone broths), huge organic veg salads for potassium I feel better. Check Dr Eric Berg's videos. Get some sunshine on your skin & magnesium too. Remove toxic people from your life.Try going to bed by 10.30 .Going for walk or doing whatever makes your soul sing is good too. Life can be overwhelming esp. now, worries over work, money, loved ones, future. Keep trying & doing what can be done today. Bit by bit life gets easier. Hugs. Ella
