You can set up zooms! Most people are used to zoom or Microsoft team! I am stay at home mom too with full time job and run my appointments after work via zoom so far

When setting up the appt just let them know it’ll be via zoom etc and then if they say no then can meet up with give options for Covid , such as I can come over wear mask & sit 6 ft, I can stay in my car and need u to step out and show license etc
