Wow this is so inspiring! What you said at 20:50 really got me. I’m studying for my license right now and I’m scared but extremely motivated I’m entering a completely new career I’ve been a teacher for 4 years and I come from a poor family and upbringing. I want this to be successful so badly I’m willing to be rejected, fail and learn everyday, work long hours, be away from my husband and my fur baby because we need this financially for our future and as a team we are willing to sacrifice a lot the first 3-5 months. I will succeed!

So inspirational! I just passed my state exam and planning to get my license next two weeks. The biggest challenge for me so far is, finding a mentor and someone I can shadow to see how things are done. Second, choosing the right company with the right product. The person who encouraged me to do this has kind of backed out from giving me more information to almost… not sure but. The company he suggested me to wort for has very poor employee reviews and that kind of confused me why someone with experience setting me up for failure. Sorry but I am doing my homework and praying to the Lord to connect me with the right people to guide. I know I can do this for sure but just disappointed with the person I thought would guide me and support me. Also He told me that if I want to work with him, he mentioned that he gets 60% and I get 40%. I am not sure if this is ok for entry level agents? Any advice would greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Is this guy recruiting you to be a captive agent? You can make more money being an independent agent.
@lidyanaredeemed9848 Жыл бұрын
@@lakeishasmall2090 I am not even sure. The company he suggested represents lots of insurance companies and different products but I feel it’s captive. I would rather be independent but don’t know where to start? That’s where I need help.

Hello Brother Cody Askins , how to follow up the Unsold Clients in 2nd meet up, 3rd meet up, etc. What to say & What questions to asked ? How to handle smoke screen objections when we do door knocking prospecting insurance especially to the CLOSED MiNDeD strangers ? How to transfer Certainty to the prospects (strangers via door knocking) in 1st meet up ? If we push too hard in our 1st meeting, the prospects will be angry & will blacklist us ? thanks Brother

You probably need to PAY for his program/ services in order to ask THAT many questions. Sounds like u need a lot of guidance and direction, more than just a KZbin reply. Invest in your insurance career if you're serious.
