Hi I’m in a slump and my swing got all messed up. I’m trying to have a strong front foot and already watched the vid on your channel. Any advice

What’s up, love the vids I’ve been using your videos to help my career. To sum up, work hard, set your goals above what everyone else has, hit, throw, run, out work the people who try to outwork you. I’ve had countless people quit cause “you take it too hard man.” Good luck to everyone I wish the best and maybe I’ll see you on the diamond.

Hey coach! I want to get better and I will put the effort but we live in a bad neighborhood and my family isn’t very financially stable but it’s slowly getting better but I have no way of practicing other than sometimes catch with family and I play for school teams, what can I do to practice?

Hi, I’ve been a great hitter for years and was always one of the best in my leagues/travel teams, and to start my newest season I was hitting 800. But over the last few weeks I’ve been about 1/30 with 15 ks (I used to never strike out) and I find myself just nonstop overthinking at the plate and I can’t stop myself. Any suggestions?

hey coach , so for some reason i have started pushing the ball instead of throwing it because im scared to throw it too hard and have it go wild but when i do push the ball it can go accurate but it has no power and i just need some help
@jacksongottfreid27103 жыл бұрын
Right now you are not trusting yourself. This is a pretty easy fix with the right mind set. If you have a net throw balls into the net as hard as you can but stay under control. Video yourself doing this to see if there is a mechanical flaw. Most importantly believe in your abilities to throw hard and be confident even if you make mistakes.
