Those are all great tips. I think that people don't realize how beneficial water can be for them. Not only in drinking water but also spraying some on their hair. That's something that's helped me so much. I started drinking more water. And I learned it worked out better for me to spray my hair before I comb it.

I’m glad you mentioned that too much washing can be a problem. I have been saying this all my life. My hair feels best and grows best when i focus on regular moisturizing more than obsessively washing. After washing it takes about 3 days before it feels healthy again, once the products have time to fully absorb.

Yep, I dealt with a lot of hair breakage over the summer while I was in NEW York. I went there not expecting to stay as long as I did. Once I realized my stay would be 2 months instead of 2 weeks, I searched every store I could for my normal hair care and was out of luck. Which resulted in unwanted breakage and a much needed trim. I'm now treating my hair since I've returned to Atlanta and am seeing improvement and growth. I also purchased some Hibiscus powder to make a mask for my hair. Thank you for that tip in a previous video. 1😁👍🏼

Why? Deep condition, use a plastic cap or bag, sit under the dryer for 30 minutes. Get the SheaMoisture MANUKA HONEY & MAFURA OIL INTENSIVE HYDRATION MASQUE. Your hair will thank you. Make sure you trim your ends too. I do a leave in Shea moisture Jamaican black castor oil, Ors moisturizing lotion, and seal it with castor oil. I do this every week my hair is bra strap length. I’m one and Half years natural. I might do every two weeks now. Happy hair growth😀
