Really really nice! The jab is the basis of all your fighting, it's so underestimated and not a strike concentrated on. You can do so much, a defence jab (moving back and doing a double jab). We train to do a double jab quite a lot as that's not expected. Oss!
@chrissimon37905 жыл бұрын
Yep, or after throwing a combination just throwing a jab out right after as most people will try to counter right away and run right into your jab

Can you make videos on good defense and head movement for boxing and Muay Thai. Most people just like to take punches and think it’s tough to and come back with their own. But making them miss will make you a good fighter and will help you function in the future. So please make a defense and head movement video!!!

Hey man! Love your content! As every good love started in the beginning (2012ish?!) I used to dislike you and your content because I found it a bit to for a lack of word I say "cocky" but nowadays you seems so down to earth and still confident (and of course competent)! I like it. A real warrior transformation (or is it just getting older ;)) you did there! Keep up the work!

@Follow the howl it really reflects, especially all those wanna be street warriors with their biggest street fight being that they shoved a 3rd grader while theyre in school talking all though about *bs* "realistic hard self defense" where they write about how "you punch in the throat" or "break their leg" like dude, youre not gonna stop anyone from punching you with 1 of those weak ass jeet kune do back fists to the throat or with a snap kick to the knee or shin or how do you fish hook someone out of nowhere, lets just assume youre in a clinch with a "brutal and though" dude, hes gonna knock you out while youre busy trying to force your finger into a closed mouth with clenched teeth
