I'm from the town listed in No. 1 - born and raised. My dad worked in that plant. GM was the largest employer in that town and all the company's environmental disasters were swept under the rug, quieted, or otherwise kept out of the public domain. The factories are now long gone, torn down, and the grounds "scrubbed" by EPA standards. I think only the administration building for Plant 9 is still stsnding, but probably not for too much longer. This creature was either a joke perpetuated by some of the last workers left in '97, or a prime example of toxic waste impact on local wild life. Honestly, I can't decide which is more plausible. If it was a joke, and the city spent thousands on testing and research, those in charge would cover up their stupidity by never making mention ever again. If it was the result of toxic poisoning, the city wouldn't want to admit it's residents were/are still in danger of toxic poisoning, and would shut it up any way possible. I'm so happy I made it out of that town.

Lately there's been a push to turn the river valley into a reservoir. You know, the same valley where Mounds Mall sits on top of a former garbage dump and where those chemicals from the factories were probably leaching into for decades.

I mean if nothing was going on you'd simply say, "no crazy shit happens", but you shoved a "don't" in front, making it a double negative ("do not no crazy shit happen") - meaning crazy shit _does_ happen, _right?!?_

I'm from Anderson too, and have lived in Muncie which is near by. Never heard of the squid stuff, which sounds interesting in the very least. One thing that is noticeable in the area though is a lot of abandoned buildings. There is a lot in Muncie probably two football fields and the factory that once stood on it is gone but it still has really tall barbed wire fences and nothing can be built on it for decades because of the chemicals it used to use. That's just one of the many abandoned factories in the area. I wish someone would follow up on this. If it was a hoax then it would be nice to know, if it wasn't that it would be important to know for the friends and family I still have living in the area.

About #2 About a year ago you did another video where you talked about a man who committed suicide in a hotel room under a fake name, his face and fingerprints had no matches and it was obvious someone had gone out of their way to make sure he could never be identified. Then there is the Taman shud case where an unknown man died on a beach, he had no means of identification, the labels had been cut out of all his clothes, his face and fingerprints had no matches, he had used a fake name, and he had nothing but a few dollars cash, a pack of cigarettes, and a lighter. And a peice of paper that read "taman shud". Again, someone had meticulously removed any way of identifying the individual. I'm not saying there's a link, but the checking into a hotel under a fake name, unknown fingerprints, labels cut out of the clothes, no credit cards/drivers license/passport/ext and apparent suicide (except taman shud man, COD unknown, suspected poison) these cases share a lot in common

As for #4 . . . It is possible she was a spy. If she killed herself, it is likely that she was blackballed from her organization and she had nothing outside of it. If she was murdered, either she was found out, or her organization didn't treat failure/escape kindly and had her assassinated.
@tshawds9028
@tshawds9028 7 жыл бұрын
Drascalicus that's always my first thought with cases like this one. It's like people forget spies and people living off the grid exist and the work they deal in is not only secretive but dangerous if they fuck up or try to defect or expose those they work for, leading them to be killed by trained killers or killing themselves like you said because they have nothing to go back to
@anthony392
@anthony392 7 жыл бұрын
Drascalicus id have to disagree because once something like this happens it's sometimes really noticeable, their been cases like this happening and saying it was possibly a spy but most spys carry fake ids, makeup and wigs. And sometimes know alot of languages since I've seen stuff like this and a case of this happened when a lady was seen going to different states and cities. And later found her in the forest dead from a gun shot with a bag with fake ids, wigs and makeup with wine. When things like this happens it tends to be in places where most people don't live or go and the lady's Corpse was found by mountains. If you like I can send the link of the video.

The reason for the burglar to just pop in the camera: Most cameras save storage space by splicing the image into small areas, which are updated only if something in the frame moves. As the man was dressed in dark and the back of the shot was so over-exposured by the street lights, the camera didnt notice the man walking in before he was already at the gate.

The reason why the person just appeared out of thin air on the CCTV is due to what'a called a video feedback error, where the camera bugs out due to internal programming error(s) by looping the same frames for a few moments then correcting itself which would reveal the person, my CCTV cameras have done the same thing before with my pet dog and my family memebers
@honestinsincerity2270
@honestinsincerity2270 6 жыл бұрын
Yeah exactly. It's totally common for a small amount of frames to go missing for no reason. Especially with crappy Costco or Sam's cameras that come altogether in a package. Stay away from those or anything with the Nite Owl name on it people. You get what you pay for is still very true and there's a reason why those are so cheap.

Quotes from Günther Stoll in article(translated by me): Günther(scared to death) tells his wife: "They are after me." Before driving off into the night. Günther tells a neighbour of his parents at 1 am: "Something is gonna happen tonight. Something terrible!" That´s his last quote before he was found. The YOGTZE-case is presented pretty much every year in a german tv show called "file number XY" in a hope to finally understand what happened that night, still without success. I live in that area, I was very nervous when I drove home at night for the first time :D

10:00 Hold up a second. Why the hell was this girl released in 2011, after she STABBED A MAN TO DEATH!!?? This couldn't have happened more than 10 or 15 years ago, why is she not still in prison, or an asylum? I just did a little bit of research. So this all went down in 2008. Sabina pleaded guilty to manslaughter with diminished responsibility because of "shared psychosis". Ok then... So she only does 3 years in prison... FOR MURDER?!?! I mean, I could see like 5 or 10 years, followed by release to a mental asylum until they deem her safe for society. But nope, she is out walking the streets today completely free to go crazy and stab somebody to death all over again.

well she was charged with manslaughter which is taken at an accidental killing or murdering for example like i meant to punch him but not kill him. So the manslaughter basically dropped most of the charges. But I agree she should be in prison for 30 years or more because it was such an evil and brutal murder.

@plant707 4 жыл бұрын
@@badger1858 Well to be fair, at least in speculative fiction there are dozens of teleportation theories. Opening a portal and jumping through it is much easier than shifting to a subspace and having to perfectly calculate your position in order not to lose limbs or teleporting yourself into a wall and dying. Speaking of which, there's the problem of telefrag. What happens when you teleport into a solid object? What will break, the object or your body? Will they fuse or will you be simply ejected? I don't think anybody would want to find out the hard way. So while it would technically be possible to teleport out of your line of sight, you can't see where you'll land and you're possibly risking your life. Even if you manage to perfectly teleport into a certain room in a building and avoid the walls, there could be a chair lying around, or a chandelier, and suddenly it's game over. So I'd say if you can't literally see where you're going, either through a portal, some kind of remote vision or some dimensional fuckery, it's understandable to be extra careful. That's just in fiction, though, I have no idea if teleportation exists irl or how it works, but I guess we can assume that it has its limitations and also severe consequences if you make a single mistake.

I live in Anderson and have tried to investigate the event since the first week when the creatures were found. I have talked to employees of the plant who were there at the time but none of them would comment on it. They seemed very fearful and evasive and would not answer even a yes or no as to whether they saw the creatures or knew where the sample had disappeared to. My guess is that they were threatened with losing their pensions and benefits. No one has ever spoken about it to my knowledge and since then many of the older people who worked there have passed away. I can tell you that the IDEM did release a report saying that something alive (but inconclusive as to what) had been found in the pit and I have seen a copy of that report though I was not allowed to keep it or even make a copy. That was as close as I have ever come to finding out anything. Not long after this the plant was shut down. Another company moved in to part of the plant and used it for awhile but they didn't stay long either. I did hear that dark moving shadows had been reported by night security guards while this other business was active in the building but whether that has anything to do with the plant 9 creatures is, at best, only conjectural.

NUMBER 1: Read about this case and remember there is a discussion about what he wrote out on paper. Some thought a letter was misinterpreted. NUMBER 2: Practice shot? Seems more like someone tried to shove a gun into a pillow, then shove the two into the woman. Only she reacted (alerted by noise etc), or someone just missed the first shot. Does it make sense to practice a gun shot when you are committing suicide? Does it make sense to go through the trouble of muffling the first gunshot? You are not committing suicide with time overhead (such as slitting wrist, overdose, etc). You do not need to be careful about alerting the people ahead of your suicide, especially when this woman did not care to muffle gunshot for the actual suicide. Did the practice shot enter mattress where head would rest? Would that make sense considering it is a practice shot to aim at a particular location where she was resting. Does it make sense to aim at one's forehead when committing suicide by gunshot? Thought most people went for the temple, or mouth to top-back of head. Does it make sense to shoot oneself, lose control of one's body, and have the hand land with gun still in grip? It is not even a standard grip, but gripped to face oneself. Does it make sense that your hand would be void of blood and brain matter after a close gunshot to one's head? Consider that the pistol had noticeable amount of blood on it (see evidence picture and different color due to dried blood on pistol), how do you explain clean hand on the woman? There are many more issues about this woman's death: missing items including luggage and clothing, newspaper for a different room, etc

Actually that makes the story seem a lot more mundane. There is a perfectly logical explanation for the twins. They're fucking idiots. There's a drug called PCP which can make you COMPLETELY insane and COMPLETELY immune to pain. You don't hear much about it because even meth addicts think its users are idiots so it's not commonly used. The most commonly told cautionary tale is a guy who cut off his own face and fed it to a dog. Another guy a few years back pulled out his 7 year old son's eyes and ate them. COMPLETELY insane and COMPLETELY immune to pain. I can't imagine the cops were dumb enough not to test the twins for PCP, but at the same time, their behavior just SCREAMS PCP. Everything about their behavior makes perfect sense, including long periods of lucidity: they just weren't high.

It’s not a drug that is easy to find if you can even find it at all. By the way this girl in the video, her hand was clean but the gun had a lot of residue and blood on it. There are so many things 'off' on that story. 1. For Gunther's story, we need more information than given. What was left out was that he was let go from working from some food engineering company. Why was he let go...or did he quit, if so, why? I have a suspicion his death is due to his former work and and those letters correlate with what he was working on prior (or had knowledge of but shouldn't have). And that "horrible incident" that he told his childhood friend, what was the incident? Does it connect to his former job or something completely separate? 2. This probably doesn't matter in the overall case, but at 3:50 the paper reads Jennifer and Lois Fairgate. Lois is a woman's name, pronounced Lo-is. He pronounces Lois as Louis (as is Louis Armstrong). That being said, if there were in fact two people staying in that room it was two females, not man and woman. So it could have been two lesbians out for a secret getaway, two sisters or two female spies. Or....many other scenarios.

A partial theory on number 4: when the security guard entered the room, you mentioned the curtains were moving wind as if the windows were open. It would appear to me, with the little information that I have, that she was killed by someone. Most women don't commit suicide by shooting themselves, especially in the face. They are much more likely to stab themselves or overdose. It would make the most sense to conclude that she was shot by someone, who then fled through the window. Because her room number was 2805, I'm going to assume she was on the second floor; not impossible for someone to jump.

For number 2, a lot of the IP and, especially, analog cameras I install will often lose or delete random frames of recorded footage for seemingly no reason. The footage when played back will simply look like it's missing certain parts. Additionally, you can actually set a lot of the cameras to only record 1 out of 5 games, 2 out of 15, etc to help with the overall footage memory on the NVR or DVR. If the man is absolutely certain his video recorder isn't set to record with motion then I'd have him check those settings to make sure he's recording at a full 30/60 FPS (the rest of the footage looks totally fine from what I could see though). Then again it could just be the random glitch where a small bit of footage was lost for no reason. Not unheard of at all and it really all comes down to the quality and model of the NVR/DVR and cameras themselves. Definitely doesn't seem paranormal though considering the guy had a dad driving a car. Just a foiled burglary attempt so that guy really needs to keep an eye out for his inevitable return visit.

5. The dude seemed to have a serious mental breakdown. I don't have a clue on what specifically happened to him, but your potential explanation seems plausible enough. 4. My $$$ is on suicide, though it wouldn't shock me if someone framed it to look that way either. 3. Those people are just lunatics, who are clearly not right in the head 24/7. 2. Again, I like your explanation to it; that it was a guy trying to break into the home. And that the camera didn't catch the guy walking up because it glitched out there. That may seem weird to some people, but A) technology isn't perfect and it does stuff like that at random all the time, and B) the alternative is that the dude outright teleported to that spot... Just let THAT idea sink in for a second... -.- 1. I obviously have no idea where the sample went, but as for the creature itself, that's really interesting. It just adds credence to the fact that our basic understanding of "the necessities of life" are still very flawed in the big scheme of things. A creature that can survive in those conditions is REALLY interesting. In fact, I want to look more into it right now haha.

I think it was a very calculated murder most likely espionage and her contact she was meeting and her had something go awry in their "agreement" of something and she was killed. Hence why so much effort was gone into covering the crime. In other words spy meets spy, spy deal goes bad, spy doublecrosses spy or had orders to kill spy, spy leaves the crime scene and makes it look like a suicide.

The video with the man appearing my conclusion would be that the video is recorded on a VHS camera, the person who sent it could easily cut out and tape back the film making the man appear suddenly, if the camera is motionless why is it moving because he or she recorded it from their cell phone(.... conclusion is it's a hoax sorry if I explained it wrong I can try to imitate exact same Footage with the same results. #top5s @top5s

As I am a Hoosier (person residing in the state of Indiana) the squid story was deep intrest I have no proof but I had generated a mutant lifeform by accident. My goal was to make a heating pad for some art wax. I used 2 microwave safe bowls that would fit together with some water inside. It failed so I forgot about it still inside the never used microwave oven. 3 or so months later was rummaging through my room and it still there. I opened up the oven and then the interlocking bowls. Weirdness starts: the bowls created a hermetic seal (they simply fit together with no means of locking or sealing included), second when opened "rotten egg smell" sulphur dioxide came out, and finally 5 strands of growths which resembled round worms or spaghetti noodles were rooted in the bottom half of the bowls. The bowls were clean before use and the water was from a bottle, I did drink from the bottle just before because of the simplicity of my goal. I blasted that thing with max power for max time (75 minutes) multiple times. The water was boiling vigorously before abandoning. Somehow I started a culture of extremophiles. Stupidly I simply washed out the bowls for later use.

The YOGTZE case is one of the creepiest and eeriest I've ever heard of. I took a year of German in college but don't remember any of it. What does YOGTZE mean in German? Does anyone know? #2 is definitely a murder. (Well, it's hard to tell...) Did anyone see someone leave that room or run out of the hotel? Didn't they have surveillance cameras? The fact someone took her money and her IDs had all disappeared point towards it being a murder. My hometown is 7 miles from Anderson, Indiana. I'm very familiar with that town and the plant you spoke of. I'd never heard of the mysterious squid looking creature that was found in an oil pit though. That is beyond bizarre... the fact it disappeared before the dead creature could be analyzed points towards it maybe being a cover-up of some sort. Whether a government experiment of some sort or just a good 'ole fashioned corporate cover-up... who knows?

I'll give a hypothesis on #2: a.) there is a lot of glare in the video b.) the video is black and white, reducing clarity c.) cameras, video recorders and the human brain itself are known to ignore perceived-trivial-detail in order to enhance clarity; e.g. both your eyes ignore the sight of your own nose in order for you to see clearer. d.) I've seen enough video of people in the background perfectly hidden in shape and color due to: 1.) depth, 2.) position and 3.) timing. CONCLUSION: the individual in the camera is always in view, he's approaching the gate from the background which makes him small enough in depth, and he's positioned behind the GATE POST in perfect time for the ambient glare to cause the camera to "ignore" an unclear image in favor for the foreground perception. Then, when the individual is too large, not behind the post, and he is out of the ambient glare BING ! his image pops into view. EDIT: if you stop this video @10:55 exactly, there is a background light where the individual originates from and it's very apparent. if the individual was in front of this light, then the light would "bend" around him adding to the total ambient glare and forcing the camera to choice which image to view. One more comment: TOP5's KICKS MY BUTT ! thumbs up and thank you for sharing. EDIT check that it's @10:44 for background light END

Saul Torres Actually, surprisingly, I have recently found quite a few things in reference to Indiana. Just yesterday I saw something about a cemetery in Brazil Indiana. Supposedly there's a hundred stairs leading to the cemetery, you count them on your way up and a ghost will appear and tell you how you die. You turn around and count the stairs on your way back down, if the number is the same as before it's not true, if they're different it is true. Also if you try to avoid the stairs, like I would because I wouldn't want to know, supposedly hands push you down the hill and hard enough to leave marks. I'm actually from Anderson, well I live here right now, I have lived all over Indiana. I can't remember but a neighboring town has a haunted Library. They actually have CCTV footage of one of the ghost there, and it's scary as f*** looking. I'm sure if you look up haunted Library Indiana CCTV footage you can find it. Also, a couple months back I can't remember the town, wish I could, but this creature followed these people's car all the way back to their home, and watch them for a couple of hours supposably. I don't know quite how long ago it happened, that's just when I heard about it.
