Follow me as I continue with my build up all the way up-to 2022 World Championships in Eugene ,Oregon.
The goal of today's mile repeats is to improve running economy and lactate threshold which will help me keep up with the pace at the upcoming Abbott Dash 5K in NY (US 5K Road Championship).

“Go hard or suffer the rest of your life” I love that saying!! I ran a lifetime PR of 16:35 in the 5k yesterday and was repeating that phrase during the race which helped a ton!

Hey Paul, I do cross country and track and field - long distance. I have been feeling really anxious before every race and that would cause my legs to feel like they are literally on fire. Any tips on what I should do? I’m looking for a sub 4 minute mile. I’m currently at 4:50.

Paul. You need a better videographer for your content or a better editor. Camera work is shaky. Voice volume is to low compared to background sound and music. Someone should be following your on your runs. Something like Sweat Elite. Great seeing you with your own channel. Hope to see more.

Great video :) I just started running 2 weeks ago, my goal is to join the track team in the spring for our school. I went down from an 8 minute mile to 6:58 and looking to go sub 6 - do you have any advice?

Build up your mileage slow and do more endurance runs It will be tough but it will be worth it in the end!

Paul, have you ever had a shin splints? Could you give advice on how to treat this injury and how to properly recover in general? I have been suffering for a couple of months already and have tried all the exercises that I found - nothing helped.

Dope video paul! Glad you made your own channel! Dante has yet to finish one single workout on video though, not to be rude but he needs to realize the opportunity he has to train with you. He should stop talking and joking around so much and listen to you when you tell him about the mental part of it. Not being negative just real. Cheers paul chelimo!!

Anthony I understand but Dante is a 800m runner and we are in build up phase so really he needs to just do half of what I do otherwise with too much mileage he will lose his speed!
