Could this have happend before he went to work.. Strange to marry her 2 weeks after this if she was the main susspect.. Horrible that this case is unsolved as so many of these cases with children. What happend to this sweet girl 😔 If they didn't find anything in the house ore outside indicating if she was hurt ore someone getting in to the house.. No cameras around? That is not exactly true.... when people recall true stories, they tend to change details each time; it's when the story is 100% the same that it is either a constructed (and repeated) lie, or sometimes when people describe the truth but they have done so so many times, it becomes fixated with the same details (if you know what I mean).

Wrong. She already told on tv. That Ronald was at work. Her cousin came to the trailer and wanted his gun on drugs. She hid under her covers in bed cause Haley was laying in the hallway on a baby bed mattress and her drug addict cousin was doing something to Haley. She was crying screaming. He took Haley with him dead. Threw her in a lake nearby. Misty took police to the lake later that week and told Haley's body is in this lake with her leg tied to a cement block. Thought everyone seen this on the news one night. Ronald didn't know before getting locked up with misty for selling drugs. I'm sure he was finally told by misty. Misty's cousin was on drugs when he killed Haley and dumped her body. Misty told all of this. He did this to Haley cause Ronald wouldn't give him his gun back. So her cousin killed Haley for revenge to hurt Ronald. That lake wasn't searched very well or they would of found Haley Cummings.

So keep on with your rants and honing in on people who pray to him, saying your devilish words, thinkomg they make a difference. They don't. People who believe know what your are trying to do. Thing I don't understand is if you believe in the devil then how can't you believe in God. Please understand, I'm not arguing with you back and forth. This is all you will hear from me. Typical lying, drug addict. Just speculation, but... Robert was at work, likely not involved. I figure Misty has different stories cuz she was high at the time & is lying as well... she did have Haleigh in her bed at first, but Haleigh wet the bed & probably got Misty wet too & so Misty did have to wash the sheet & moved Haleigh to the smaller dry bed then & put the boy from the smaller dry bed into the bigger bed with her. But I figure at some point when Haleigh wet the bed, Misty beat her for it before throwing her into the smaller bed, maybe kicked her hard... Misty washed the sheet, got a dry sheet, turned out the kitchen light to go to bed herself in the bigger bed with the boy. She saw Haleigh 'she thought asleep on the little bed... but I suspect Haleigh came conscious or awoke to go into the kitchen where she turned on the kitchen light but then fell dead on the floor... Misty heard her fall & saw the light on so Misty went to the kitchen to check only to find Haleigh laying on the floor there and DEAD... Misty had to carry Haleigh out to get rid of her body, so she propped the door open (bcuz it closes hard on its own) with the brick... No one helped her with the body... if anyone else had helped, they would have had Misty hold the door open for them. It was propped bcuz no one else was there to hold it. She called no one cuz she could not have anyone know what she had done to Haleigh. She needed everyone to think she just woke up & Haleigh was missing. & she ran the show as always...she disposed of the body herself, then called Robert when the stage was set, then Robert called 911. Robert was grief stricken for real, IMO. Misty convinced him she loved Haleigh & did nothing to harm her (but she did fail the lie detector miserably on every single count) & convinced him they should marry, so they did. They cling to each other because they are both drug addicts. Drug addicts lie to everyone, to themselves & to each other. Nothing means more to them than their drugs. At first, I thought it was probably someone they owed money to for drugs, or owed drugs to, who came to collect while Misty slept, but she would have called 911 right away. She cries real tears over the loss cuz she didn't intend to kill Haleigh. Well, that scenario is my opinion/speculation. I can't imagine what she did with Haleigh's body. If there were guns (supposedly being held by Robert/Misty, but belonging to someone else) in the house trailer, maybe Haleigh accidentally got shot to death, by herself or by Misty? ...Naw.

I'm only halfway through the video, I certainly agree the girlfriend was very immature and it seems like she knows more. If the couple got married immediately after, I wonder if they thought about couples not being able to testify against each other (I don't know the exact laws.) As far as being hypnotized, you can't say that makes her guilty. If you asked the average person if they want to be hypnotized, I guarentee a large majority would not. Imagine a horrid crime such as this, and having no idea what you would say or talk about, even I'm innocent.

Not only is your comment based on the pseudoscience of statement analysis, but it doesn't make sense. Did you mean to say that "she DID do SOMEthing with-to that little girl"? That would make sense with the rest of your comment about her distancing herself from Haleigh. Usually that is done when the person is guilty, if we go by what the "experts" in statement analysis say. Using the child's name, in their reasoning, would indicate innocence.

I remember Nancy Grace covering this case for months. She said at one time that she was going to name her first born daughter Hailey after Haley's Comet. There was so much more to this case. There was a semi confession from Misty's brother regarding an act of retribution regarding a borrowed rifle and outstanding drug debt regarding Ronald. There were several theories/rumors about Hailey being thrown in the river. That river is teeming with alligators and they felt her remains would be forever gone. Poor sweet baby girl. Chilling new details about the fate of missing Haleigh Cummings emerged Thursday from the attorney of Hank “Tommy” Croslin Jr., proposing that the 5-year-old was dead hours before her disappearance was reported. Croslin, now 24, was with his cousin Joe Overstreet when the two went to a Putnam County boat ramp with the girl where she was dumped into the St. Johns River inside a bag, said attorney James Werter. “He saw Joe take Haleigh down to the dock,” Werter said Thursday. “When he came back, he didn’t have Haleigh.” Werter said Croslin has been telling authorities since April that he and Overstreet, who is from Tennessee, went to the Satsuma mobile home where Haleigh was being watched by Croslin’s sister and that Overstreet grabbed Haleigh. This is not the first time Overstreet has been named as a core player in the disappearance. Detectives have interviewed him at least twice in the past 18 months but he has not been charged or named a suspect. Werter said he would not say where Croslin was during the attack but said the two men drove to the dock with the kindergartner in a bag. “According to Tommy, she was limp, quiet,” Werter said. “She may have already been dead when she left the trailer.” Fields, speaking Tuesday outside a hearing where Misty Croslin pleaded no contest to a drug charge, said she hid beneath the covers with Haleigh’s 3-year-old brother when the attack happened. He said she remembers hearing a van door slide open and close and saw a black bag or something similar placed over the girl. Two weeks ago, her brother was sentenced to 15 years in prison on a drug trafficking charge from the same undercover operation. Werter said he has been angry with detectives who want cooperation from his client but have been threatening to charge him with felony murder. Chief Rick Ryan of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said investigators were not commenting on the case. Werter said he has filed a motion to modify Croslin Jr.’s sentence, which is at least three times longer than the three to five years Werter believes was appropriate. He said the Sheriff’s Office should act on what his client and his sister have said. That night, Overstreet drove to Croslin Jr.’s house in a van borrowed from another Croslin brother and went to the mobile home where Misty Croslin was with the children. They went there around midnight, Werter said. Haleigh’s father, Ronald Cummings, was at work and the two were looking for a World War II-era machine gun to hunt deer. Fields said this week that the gun had been taken somewhere else. “Tommy put this out in April,” Werter said. “Misty put it out in January.” Werter said Croslin Jr. never told his sister where Haleigh was taken but took investigators to a boat ramp just north of Welaka on April 13. Divers spent days searching the water and interviewed Overstreet, who returned to Tennessee. Overstreet’s attorney, Shawn Sirgo, said Tuesday that Overstreet was with another relative when he learned Haleigh was missing. He, family of the missing girl, and investigators have questioned the Croslins’ credibility.

You can tell by the speech (Misty) when she is making the 911 call that she is under the influence of some substance so it may be that she did not hear anyone come in nor that she knew the exact details of what actually happened...it could also mean that she was the one that got up opened the door and turned light on without 'knowing' what she was doing or had done.

She refused to be hypnotised? It wouldn't have worked anyway, if she didn't want to cooperate, she would be able to not cooperate even under hypnosis. You cannot make somebody say something they do not want to say (or admit to) even under hypnosis. You simply can't hypnotise somebody who does not want to be hypnotised. Whoever suggested doing it obviously doesn't truly understand how hypnosis works. I teach hypnotherapy and run a working hypnotherapy practice, I understand it well and that's my 2 cents. The takeaway: hypnotising somebody against their will to reveal information they don't want to reveal is 99% of time not going to work. Very very very few people are THAT highly suggestable.
@enderthexenocide760
@enderthexenocide760 3 жыл бұрын
That just means that Misty didn't understand how hypnosis works. I'm sure whoever suggested it knew full well how it works and was just using tools to see if they could get that piece of trash to crack. If Misty knew how it worked she would have just agreed and faked innocence. She wasn't exactly America's best and brightest. I'd imagine the thought of "being hypnotized" terrified her.

@@amandas2541 why would the drug addict parents give up their precious drugs to their children? Most likely the girlfriend was high or was sick from withdrawal and had no way of getting drugs unless she offered Haleigh for trafficking. She may have been raped and assaulted and killed and put somewhere. There’s very bad stuff that involves children over the dark web. They sell pretty children for sex trafficking and children becoming sex slaves. Drug addicts also who don’t have money for their fix will hand their child over for payment. The children coming over the Mexican border into the US are primarily sent over to be trafficked. There’s no identification nor legal papers they are just smuggled into our country and never found again. Drug smugglers of cocaine, meth, opiates, synthetic party pills, drug rape pills, etc are distributed over the us border. Also children. Happens everyday!

The argument "mothers will remember if there child crawled in bed with them is critical " . She is not the mother, she doesn't love that child the same. 90%chance she's the one who killed her, maybe like she said from peeing the bed. That's sad.

Everyone was looking for little Caylee Anthony, but that monster murderer Kasey wanted her baby daughters body to stay hidden until decomposed & cause of death could no longer be determined. It’s infuriating that just because a perpetrator hid the victims body well enough, they cannot determine COD & therefore cannot charge the obvious killer?!?!? So basically, if someone kills a kid, as long as the murderer hides the body well enough, there’s nothing that the law can do to prosecute the callous killer?!

I think that is definitely at the top of the list of possibilities. That would also go along with the rumors that swirled around town about misty taking her to a party and her getting into something and overdosing. After seeing Misty's involvement in drugs and abusing pills, she wasn't even in her right mind to care for a child. That news interview where she looks like a xanned out zombie and her man was like wtf are you doing, I think that shows how easy it would be for her to put drugs before Haleigh.
