Wow. You look and sound like you're barely old enough to vote. How could you be so talented and ambitious and cheery and inspirational? I'm thinking when you were a baby, instead of "Mama" and "Dada," your first words were, "Where's my vision board?" LOL. I just stumbled upon your channel, and I'm enjoying your vids so much. Your before/after transformations are amazing, and you're a lot of fun to listen to. I've never had a vision of living in a trailer, but you have sparked some creative ideas in this 70-year-old head of mine, giving new meaning to the old adage, "Never say never." Thanks for sharing your talent with us. You rock! -Karen 😊

I don't think bedroom curtains need to be floor length because a bedroom isn't a "formal" space. However, the bedroom curtain rod needs a center support. If you have curtains in the living room, floor length looks nice. Or, you can use some type of blinds and omit curtains.

(coming from a designer) try taking those labels off the curtain rod in the guest bathroom... on the curtains in the guest room... instead of replacing... try adding a coordinating piece of fabric to the bottom of the existing curtains and some trim... and your good. Also, add a middle support anchor to the middle of the rod... side note.... hair cut is looking awesome... xoxo Randolph

actually the strips can be enhanced by painting a contrasting color continuing to the ceiling molding. It's a lot of work (use painter tape) but it really adds interest!! I did one on a feature wall in the LR and just painted the rest the color of my walls. In the kids room I painted the walls light yellow & did the slats pale blue... looks great!!

Omg! The dreaded ice maker line caused my jump start to redo my home as well! I capped it off and it got broken, and was a geiser so I cut /capped it off and so far so good! But yes it was first slooowly leaking I thought first it was the HVAC causing it only to find out I was wrong and so it ruined the floating floor around the fridge but the 5 cases of extra flooring to replace around the fridge got stolen from someone I let stay with me before so I had to redo livingroom kitchen /dining room and both halls. But that started redoing it all, I took everything out of front bathroom Inc carpeting... I'm the bathroom! Yuck! I thought they stopped that in the 80's but my home is a 2000 model and well it had carpeting in both bathrooms now only front bedroom has carpet only because it looks brand new still lol

@jamesscherping24618 ай бұрын
Why would you assume he is unaware of what renting is or that his parents did not teach him the difference? Did he mention that, this may be his choice. Since he has a YT channel it certainly falls under business expenses.
@Rae_7777 ай бұрын
@@jamesscherping2461 Because…. there are about 60 good reasons never to do this to a property you don’t own (and instead BUY a property), and we count on others in our lives to save us from permanent financial ruin. For example, the risk that stands out the most is that the owners of the property would have every right to sue him for thousands in damages and ruin his credit; it doesn’t matter if WE consider it an “improvement,” making changes to the domicile is usually against the terms of a lease, and when a tenet breaches the written contract, it’s easy to sue, especially when he’s documenting PROOF publicly on KZbin. Making changes to a property you own is an investment in your future that will yield financial benefits. Making changes to a property you don’t own is more than simply a waste of resources; if the property owners choose to exercise their contractual rights, you could be obligated for all the costs associated with changing it back, time & eviction costs, and other financial damages associated with breach of contract.
