The model consists of 50,000 pieces and it took six weeks to make.

Hi! I do all my castle plans on 1/8" graph paper, with 8½ x 11 sheets taped together for the larger castles. 1/8" = 1 Lego stud for the plan. Elevations are 6 blocks = 5 bricks, since Lego bricks are 5/16 x 5/16 x 3/8" tall.
