Congrats! Weird you don't have more subscribers. There are tons of VW/Audi owners, and not a lot of good KZbinrs that put a lot of content on English. I would think the market is better. But the JDM rinse and repeat stuff is really heavy on KZbin. Layme in my book. I love the water-cooled content! Thank you!

I do think your channel will be so much bigger if u combine your skills of vlogging with the addition of other cars then volkswagens on the channel. Maybe you can also try Malone Tunes; pretty sure they offer tunes for 3.6 VR6s so chances are they do 2.8s too. Also curious as to how far the channel takes you with 50k subs in terms of revenue. I bet the Patreon still helps you more than whatever the channel makes with the views/subs.

Why don't you just take it to local tuner and make a proper tune with dyno check etc? I'm not that much into vr6 engines, but for example 1.8t ecu's are being tuned easily in Europe. Congratulations on 50K!

You don't want to use clear coat over the trim paint. Trim paint is flexible on the plastic and clear coat isn't. Just use the trim paint and you will love the results. Christian taught me the dark art of Rust-Oleum trim paint and now it is a staple of mine. That stuff is magic!
