Down scythe grab spams, the desync with no warning until you're dead, that way too shifty musafar map that kills you with small mistakes faster than any plat player, Thea, and that light attacks can kill you. Learn how to counter scythe, turn on ranked maps only/ban annoying maps that don't make sense, and certain light attacks killing isn't that annoying (besides greatsword). I'd say the most annoying thing about this game is that it is optimal to play passive so most players will play that way and act like nothing is wrong with it because winning is more important to them than actually playing the game and/or having fun.

@@Othoriusme when my opponent is playing scythe and just sitting on the wall waiting for me to come over so he can hit me with a nair (it’s the only combo starter he knows), like yeah, sure, just wait until he HAS to come back on stage, but it’s just boring asf to play that like that. scythe players either sit on the wall and bait nair or just jump around and bait dair and that’s literally all i’ve ever played against. not necessarily hard to beat but it’s so annoying and boring to play.

there are so many things they could work on to improve the game, but they dont care. To name a few, can we update the design of the borders?, its been forever, give rewards in clans for actual active players in it, maybe even introduce some sort of clan war feature?, with that being said, you cant even join a clan unless u luckily get invited into one, and its a dead clan with 5 members majority of the time, etc., but hey.. gotta release more crossovers :DD

It does and it doesn’t, if that makes any sense. Once you learn the fundamentals and whatnot, the game will start to click for you. But at the same time, it’s always going to be infuriating. Best thing to do is not take it too seriously and have fun if you can. As much as I trash the game, it really is one of the better games I’ve played in my life.

True asf, after learning some fundamentals (others can be much more difficult to grasp) it can sometimes be more bearable, but it is still a pain trying to learn and gain experience at the same time, more so than other games I've played. But at the same time, as a new player it can sometimes just feel outright punishing, wanting to play, learn and get better because the online community is insufferable. Though I am pushing my grievances aside so I actually CAN get better and progress my career in competitive gaming.

Regarding #35, the lore: As the unofficial Loremaster in the community, I know the devs care about their lore because I see subtle nods to the lore all the time in a plethora of skins, battle pass items, shop descriptions, etc. I try to highlight these things in my videos & tweets. Could they do more? Certainly. I'd love to see it. But saying the devs don't care about their own lore is assuming too much about how the lore gets made & used.

I personally always hate how the hit detection is in this game, im close up on an opponent but attacks sometimes don't hit even though im in there face, it's like all my attacks all passes through them, the weapons need a slightly bigger hit box that covers more of the weapons I play passive aggressive but mostly aggressive, i hate that i have to literally run away n then do an attack just to hit people, or wait til the opponent uses an signature n just go in hit a few times n repeat

It's alright I guess, everyone has their own opinions, people who played few free-to-play money laundry games might take brawlhalla as a money laundry game, I had my favourite game turn into that, it is Brawl Stars, in its early stages it was about skill and grinding, I don't complain about grinding because it is the players choice to grind or not in the end and also it was not addictive and luck based, but now it is turned completely into a money eating game the brawl pass that was free if we played 2 seasons got replaced to real money getting characters is now luck based, I just left this game and shifted to brawlhalla, if I look at brawlhalla now and compare to its previous years it is not that bad leaving the crossovers it is still a skill based game, not a luck based game, and if we look at the missions, it allows us to improve in every aspect of the game, though some are useless, compared to other games I can really say as a game it is one of the best game I have ever played
