With regards to continuity, there is some to Dream Team. It was established by the end of that game that, after curb stomping him, Bowser now knows Luigi's name. In fact, from what we've seen, jokes about Luigi being inferior to Mario seem to be deader than disco now. The new status quo seems to be that Luigi is clumsy, but when push comes to shove, he’s just as capable as Mario.

I love that Luigi is actually the kinda smarter of the two in Brothership. Seeing as he's shown coming up with ideas and stuff. It gives him a 'thing' so he's not just "taller, clumsier, scared Mario".

Including "The wind is blowing at Cavi Cape" while talking about a wistful and charming soundtrack was an amazing choice :) While it's from Mario RPG "Beware the Forest's Mushrooms" gives me a smiliar autumn-like, captivating feeling. Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions was my first game in the series, I remember when I was a kid and we went shopping occasionally I would be so excited about any new Mario game for the DS or Wii I could find at my favorite store back then & I woud carry the small bag with my new game inside all the way back home :) Can't wait to do that again even though I think I'll wait a little longer to buy it.

I dont think you need to worry about the badges, seems based on that overview trailer their replaced by Battle Plugs but essentially play the same role, but it seems you can use more than 2, and can mix and match them to

Not exactly, as you progress trew the story you get more plug slots to have more battle plugs, they don't function the same as they are consumable modifiers

No spoilers here. What if I told you this story is ambitious, in fact better and more interesting than Bowsers inside story and Partners in time, and on par with TTYD. In fact better than SPM. I don’t know the details but there are leaks out there. This is the only thing I’m gonna confirm. Almost Every aspect you said in story, is ambitious.

Game's REALLY fun. It's 30fps, but has a weird microstutter problem like, all the time. It's not enough to ruin the fun, just noting it's there.

Personally I hated all of the giant fights. The controls would not always work so I would get stuck for a long time before I could progress. You would also not get experience points for it so it really was a waist of time. Hopefully they get rid of the giant fights.

The games ultra easy , bro attacks cost bp, theres no bages nor badge fusion nor battle cards, you only kinda choose stats on leveling but mostly its affected by equinment, bro attacks are indeed awesome , no idea whether old bro attacks returned, no skippable tutorials, no hard mode, theres time senestive side quests thats it, theres no ship battles that i have seen, storys great tbh, no return unique chactors but there is new unique ones, peach donst even show up like at all except the first hour, Bowser donst even show up much if at all and the game IS a locked 30 fps only drops to 29 fps very rarely like all 30 fps games .
