I find the Web Receipts folder in the documents folder to be incredibly useful: It does NOT exist by default but you do not have to create it either. If you wish to save to that folder, do it via the Print dialogue. File-->Print-->PDF (PDF is located at the bottom of the Print window, to the left of the Cancel and Print buttons). From the dropdown menu under PDF, choose "Save to Web Receipts." If this is the first time using this feature, the Web Receipts folder is created inside the Documents folder. Henceforth anything saved to Web Receipts goes into this folder. I choose to place each subsequent year's receipts into a new Receipts folder for each year. On Jan 1st, 2024 I will make a new folder called 2023 Receipts in the Documents folder and move all the 2023 receipts there, reserving the Web Receipts folder for 2024 receipts.

One I found recently: When you are in the Save dialog box, press / and it will bring up the Go To Finder dialog, letting you quickly change folders or drives.

@zoltanzana3 ай бұрын
Open thumbnails in your PDF document, select the pages you want to split, drag them out to desktop, then delete those already selected pages from the original document. Voila, you have two separate PDF documents.

Would you recommend updating to Sonoma with only 8GB of memory? Looking at the new features, I feel like it's just a lot of bloat that I might not need. I know your system is meant to use memory but I'm worried that Sonoma will make me use more swap.

Why won’t an iPad be enabled as an aggregate device in the Audio MIDI Setup? If i have it plugged it it shows up in the list but is separated at the bottom by a thin line; it says enable right on it, but when clicked it brings up iPad as a device (just like any other USB device to be added in an aggregate device as I please) I could potentially add for about one second but then it goes away out of the list and shows up the same way it was again at the bottom and the button goes from “Disable” to “Enable” again… I have authorized the devices on everything and trusted the devices. Does anyone have any idea how to be fix this??!
