Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "fast home workouts for abs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Qiyictoria Teyrooklyn Eradicator - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.

Another great overall workout, especially during the Coronavirus outbreak and many of us are sheltering in place. Love the warmup and cool down included in this workout. I appreciate you guys!

This is the only you tube workout programme I found great and stick to it more than two weeks. I workout every two days and this workout seems to be very easy but the next day you can feel the whole body.

I did not use to like HASfit because the coach repeated way too many times his encouraging/motivational phrases. Now that he does not do so, I enjoy the workouts so much more, and finally I am able to perceive the professionalism of the team Kozak+Claudia.

The only thing I don't enjoy is when they say things like "try not to think about how much pain you're in right now" 😆 it hurts so much more when they say that! I was thinking about lying on the beach before

I love to try various workouts on youtube, but I have to tell you, you 2 are my always come back to workout partners! I enjoy you both so much and the time literally flies by except for the 30 second squat!! You're both smart and at the same time very relatable! Thank you for all that you do to help so many people!! I used to workout with weights years ago but have since fallen in love with running and yoga. At the age of 52 I decided to go back to weight training. I came across other UTube videos and surprised to see what's shown. Viewer beware..... I appreciate your channel because you're not reckless and slinging weights around trying to impress. I suspect you'll continue to do well. Thanks guys.

Thanks so much for another amazing workout. I really LOVE that you focused on the number of reps and not the timing. So, as you said, it's time under tension that's important, it's not doing many reps that counts. Sweating and panting, but really happy!! 💪💪💪

I love my Hasfit 30/35 minute Tabata in the a.m. when I'm pressed for time for work, but since today is a holiday and I get to be a woman of leisure, I thoroughly enjoyed the TUT (time under tension) as a change of pace...thanks #teamHasfit! (10/8/18).

Man this was hard! I loved it! Those compound moves really work! Those crossfit squats killer! Legs were shaking but I held on! You are such a great team, and Coach you make keep going even when my mind says "hell no" I don't listen to it! Thanks for all you do for the tribe!
