Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "fast home workouts for abs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Qiyictoria Teyrooklyn Eradicator - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.

This is the only you tube workout programme I found great and stick to it more than two weeks. I workout every two days and this workout seems to be very easy but the next day you can feel the whole body.

I did not use to like HASfit because the coach repeated way too many times his encouraging/motivational phrases. Now that he does not do so, I enjoy the workouts so much more, and finally I am able to perceive the professionalism of the team Kozak+Claudia.

I used to workout with weights years ago but have since fallen in love with running and yoga. At the age of 52 I decided to go back to weight training. I came across other UTube videos and surprised to see what's shown. Viewer beware..... I appreciate your channel because you're not reckless and slinging weights around trying to impress. Thanks so much for another amazing workout. I really LOVE that you focused on the number of reps and not the timing. So, as you said, it's time under tension that's important, it's not doing many reps that counts. Sweating and panting, but really happy!! 💪💪💪
