Due to severe shoulder and wrist issues, I’ve had to pause in previous videos whenever the movements went to push ups or planks. This video is awesome for people with those issues since all but one movement are done either standing or on your back. I got through the entire thing with no issues and lots of sweat! Thanks!

These videos are wonderful, well...after I recover! Seriously, they work my body well, with good alternatives if I can't do any of the exercises on a given day. My body's overall strength and resiliance has grown tremendously since I found HASfit. Many of my usual aches and pains are gone, and I'm able to do higher weights and longer sessions thanks to HASfit videos. This is a 5 star series!

Just did this as I was looking for a slightly less high intensity workout. You always worry that you will start something that isn't HIIT and feel it wasn't worthwhile, but this definitely was! Used my 10kg dumbbells for as much of it as I could, but had to switch to the 8kg for some. Well worth it!

I started working out for basically the first time in my life in the beginning of september whenever i could, anywhere from 2-5 times a week. Ive followed these videos everytime. Starting off with the beginner videos, i could only go for less than 10 minutes before i had to stop. Now i can do a 40 minute workout like this (i might have to take a couple extra breaks and do some modifications) and ive gone from 280 lbs to 230 lbs. To be fair, ive changed my diet too, and these videos arent a cure-all. They won’t do the work for you, its going to be hard, and you have to challenge yourself everytime, but out of everything ive tried these have been explained the easiest and been the most motivational to follow! Anyways, thanks for making such great content, im excited to keep working out with yall!

I love you guys, and I love your workouts. I have been a skinny girl all my life (with a massive appetite though). I was at home this past one year, prepping for a very important competitive exam. Sitting at one place all day and studying with barely any physical activity started to show it's effects on my body. I put on at least 10 pounds, developed a paunch and double chin. My friends and relatives who saw me after a long time pointed it out (not in a bad or mean way). It put me in a panic mode, especially because I have a family history of severe diabetes and coronary artery disease. On my 25th birthday almost 2 months ago, I decided I will change my lifestyle, get in better shape so that I don't have any regrets when I grow old. Sure, if it's in my genes, I will develop diabetes sooner or later. But I knew if I worked out, got stronger and kept my weight under control, I'd be in a better position to fight it. It's been a month since I've been working out with the help of your videos, along with practicing portion control in my diet. Not only am I seeing the effects physically, but also emotionally. I feel so much better, stronger, confident. I have recommended you to all my friends and family, and I pray for further growth of your channel. Lots of love.

day 1 of 30 on the muscle building program. I just finished BullyJuices 30 day program to lose that final bit of reluctant fat now its time to build some proper muscle, looking forward to it. Super tough but I loved every exercise

Hey Coach! I don't know if you will see this but if you do I was hoping to get your advice. I love doing your work outs and I've been seeing some results that keep me motivated. However, I have some trouble with my knee caused by a minor injury from years ago. After a round or two of squats my knee begins to crack and hurt. I don't want to skip the leg portion but its beginning to be a problem. Knee braces help a little but not much. Do either you or Claudia (apologies if I misspelled your name) have any suggestions? No matter what im going to keep on these work outs! You guys are great!!

I’ve been using your videos for almost a year now and love them! I noticed in your more recent videos, the calories burned is not noted in the video title. I miss that feature because it helped me quickly determine which video was right for me that day. Now, I click on the video and scroll toward the end to see the calories to help me decide. I’d love to see the easily readable calorie count again. :)

Excellent..I followed completely what ever u showed In this vedeo..I weigh more so it became bit difficult to do as it is what ur doing...tried my best to stretch my body..one fine day I hope I can do exactly what ur doing..and is possible only if I do it consistently...thank u so much..felt like vomiting sensation after work out..felt like skipping the warm ups which u should at last but taught no I have to do it..when I did. Warm ups what u showed..my vomiting sensation ran away..wow what a great Technics..u guys are really great and professional..once again thank you so much..have a great days a head..
