I started out doing online work outs with you years ago but I keep coming back to this video. I like doing an hour. (Sometimes I put 2 of your old 30 minute videos together.). I like the variety of movements, some are quite unique and the compound moves makes it feel like they are really effective. Yet they are do-able. I like the quick way you transition to next move. The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. Guys I’m quarantined in a hotel in Abu Dhabi for 2 weeks with 2 x 15lbs dumbbells. I'm proud to say that at 67 years old I look forward to all of your videos. I do one every other day with Yoga practice in between. This one was a challenge for my wrists with all the plank positions but I did modify and made it to the end. My advice as a senior citizen is that if don't keep moving you will freeze up and die. During these difficult times of quarantine and social distancing, HASfit has made it so much easier to continue a healthy lifestyle. I hate this work out, I give it a big 0, I always finish feeling like if i'm on my death bed, my clothes are soaked in some kind of salty liquid, my wife won't even touch me afterwards. i have the same problem. i have found hasfit uses a lot of exercises that put bodyweight on the wrists. my tiny wrists cannot handle it and i have chosen to substitute out other exercises for these kinds that put too much weight on the wrists. it is not worth the pain i feel the next day in my wrists.

I'd say just keep your butt down and lean back with an arm support. Then you don't have your full body weight on your wrist. Also, see if other hand positions work out. Your wrist may not be flexible (or strong) enough yet for the position. At least you recognized a weakness to work on!

It is an average for the audience because calorie burning is very different for every person. If you are overweight you burn calories far faster than someone who is lighter. Your bodyfat% is also a factor, as is your muscle mass, and obviously how many reps you are doing and what weights you are using. That counter is how little or how many calories you will be burning, there is no way to tell which number it is for each person, it's just within that range. You will at least be burning the lowest number, and at most be burning your highest number.

yes I have noticed they have occasionally been recycling previous workouts and using them to piece together new workouts. new content is always good. but, I still find this channel a rare valuable and FREE asset to help with my daily fitness goals. I do not know what other gurus you are referring to, but I have not found any that have videos of full routines posted EVERY DAY. Most others either post videos that are a few minutes long that can you cannot follow along with, or post a new workout only once a week now. It seems the trend is for channels to post much less content once they reach a big subscriber base once they have been hooked. I hope HASFit will not be part of that trend. I really like what Coach K has been doing and the variety & amount of content they have been posting. And no I am not in anyway affiliated with HASfit. This was a honest to goodness testimonial. . .

CrazyGirlistic CrazyGirlistic I've done many different workouts from many other well known channels but I've surprisingly seen quite a few new modifications I've never seen before from only the 2 videos I've watched from this channel so far since literally this morning. The first video wasn't too hard and not too easy, shit got me soaked. That's all I care about. I'm glad they do the entire workout with you, I'm less likely to give up. I agree the commentary and a bit of the workouts are recycled... but firstly, how many more "new" weight training exercises can there be at this point? There's so many users sharing many plans with each other. In the end, none of it matters, other than the results; they speak for themselves.

There are only few strength training workouts that turnout as amazing as this one! Loved it. Definitely not for the beginners but works for me !

I love your workout the most out of all other 45-60 minutes workouts! Have been following it for almost 2.5 years! Lost 20 pounds in 4.5 months with proper diet!

This is an amazing workout. We are both 60 years old and we are almost dead on the ground by the end. Feels soooooo good!!!! :)

Good job! I just turned 59 and will try this later today. I don’t agree with the no break approach though. Just not necessary for health and fitness.

I did the entire workout without pausing. I have rarely ever sweated so much in my life! I only managed that because of the constant encouragement by the trainers. I originally wanted to give up after 20 minutes but they kept me pushing with their constant banter. Thanks! This is the first time on this channel. Was worth it

awesome workout....couldn't do it all the first time but I came back and finished it! Coach Kozak's motivation is just what I need -- and thank God for Claudia and her modifiers. You guys are great! my stress reliever in between what seem to be really busy days working from home and raising two teens. You really do make impact on lives! Thank you!!

This one was super tough but needed! I could not finish it, but got to 32 minutes! I WILL finish the rest tomorrow and eventually be able to do it nonstop. Thanks Claudia and Coach for pushing me to the limit.

This is an awesome stress reliever. I did this workout at 8 PM. Finished feeling so relaxed and all I want to do is to sleep right on my mat lol. Thank you so much for this great workout, couch Kozak!
