I am 62 yrs old, I LOVE working out with coach Kozak & Claudia. I have been working out with them several yrs & YES, I do Advance with coach k, & can keep up. That is the pay off, you Look & Feel younger. You feel more energized & invigorated not tired. Hungry ! :) I can climb Mountains, literally with no problems, & get up off the floor, squats etc. THANK YOU BOTH. OK, I do a lot of: cross country running, Rowing, Weight training. I'm a fit guy. THIS workout has destroyed me! I've NEVER sweated so much in my life haha! Keep them coming guys, We'll do our bit this end ;)

I started out doing online work outs with you years ago but I keep coming back to this video. I like doing an hour. (Sometimes I put 2 of your old 30 minute videos together.). I like the variety of movements, some are quite unique and the compound moves makes it feel like they are really effective. Yet they are do-able. I like the quick way you transition to next move. Your comments are humble, not Hollywood. Thanks. If you do another like this, let us know.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

And it says 850 calories but in reality you all helped us burn 883! That's what I'm talking about! You guys are the only ones who actually put the calorie burner at the top screen. That is Motivation by itself! Please don't ever take that away!

Guys I’m quarantined in a hotel in Abu Dhabi for 2 weeks with 2 x 15lbs dumbbells. I searched in KZbin 1 hour workout with dumbbells and came across your awesome session. though at 57 I am told I am really fit as I do circuit training 3 times a week I haven’t done anything for a month and WOW you worked me! I am now shattered and will be back tomorrow 😉😉

I'm proud to say that at 67 years old I look forward to all of your videos. I do one every other day with Yoga practice in between. This one was a challenge for my wrists with all the plank positions but I did modify and made it to the end. My advice as a senior citizen is that if don't keep moving you will freeze up and die. During these difficult times of quarantine and social distancing, HASfit has made it so much easier to continue a healthy lifestyle. Not to mention help relief this his stress situation during our battle agains COVID-19. I had started doing home workouts about 2 months ago due to my new work schedule. I found it convenient, effective and it saved me time. I had slowly built a small home gym. I had no idea what was coming our way in the weeks to follow. I am thankful for these free workouts. It has kept myself and my family healthy. I have now shared them with friends that are dealing with our situation today.

Great but tough today.... I am 66 yo and really enjoy being coached by you thank you sooooo much... I find the crab stand really hard on my wrists ..so I just hold it ... hopefully they will strengthen over time.... God bless you both

I'M HOOKED. I started 4 weeks ago and i really like it.I can see results after a month . 3 days a week. My gym closed temporarily because of covid. Now i dont think i wanna go back.You are much much better than those so called personal trainers. I get everything here. Thank you for these free work out . What i like about you is that your exercises are scientific with no ego. I looked up some of the stuff they put out here. You are very good and you are patient and easy to follow.

I hate this work out, I give it a big 0, I always finish feeling like if i'm on my death bed, my clothes are soaked in some kind of salty liquid, my wife won't even touch me afterwards. I hate these guys, I had to spend money to buy new clothes because I somehow shrank by 30 pounds doing their videos.

I struggle with holding the crab position, especially with one hand. Any suggestions on how to improve those target muscles?

i have the same problem. i have found hasfit uses a lot of exercises that put bodyweight on the wrists. my tiny wrists cannot handle it and i have chosen to substitute out other exercises for these kinds that put too much weight on the wrists. it is not worth the pain i feel the next day in my wrists.

I'd say just keep your butt down and lean back with an arm support. Then you don't have your full body weight on your wrist. Also, see if other hand positions work out. Your wrist may not be flexible (or strong) enough yet for the position. At least you recognized a weakness to work on!

I can't hold the crab position either. I just sat on my but and held my legs up for an ab workout while I was doing the arm exercise.

It is an average for the audience because calorie burning is very different for every person. If you are overweight you burn calories far faster than someone who is lighter. Your bodyfat% is also a factor, as is your muscle mass, and obviously how many reps you are doing and what weights you are using. That counter is how little or how many calories you will be burning, there is no way to tell which number it is for each person, it's just within that range. You will at least be burning the lowest number, and at most be burning your highest number.

this workout isn't filmed newly, just an old one taken from a workout they already have uploaded on youtube...same talking.. same everything! wish they would put some effort in making new 60min workouts, just like other youtube gurus do! they get paid from youtube so wish they would try to put out something new for subscribers...

yes I have noticed they have occasionally been recycling previous workouts and using them to piece together new workouts. new content is always good. but, I still find this channel a rare valuable and FREE asset to help with my daily fitness goals. I do not know what other gurus you are referring to, but I have not found any that have videos of full routines posted EVERY DAY. Most others either post videos that are a few minutes long that can you cannot follow along with, or post a new workout only once a week now. It seems the trend is for channels to post much less content once they reach a big subscriber base once they have been hooked. I hope HASFit will not be part of that trend. CrazyGirlistic CrazyGirlistic I've done many different workouts from many other well known channels but I've surprisingly seen quite a few new modifications I've never seen before from only the 2 videos I've watched from this channel so far since literally this morning. The first video wasn't too hard and not too easy, shit got me soaked. That's all I care about. I'm glad they do the entire workout with you, I'm less likely to give up. I agree the commentary and a bit of the workouts are recycled... but firstly, how many more "new" weight training exercises can there be at this point? There's so many users sharing many plans with each other. In the end, none of it matters, other than the results; they speak for themselves.

I love your videos and have some coworkers working out with you now that you've helped me lose 33 pounds since Thanksgiving! As someone with spinal and knee injuries I love the modifications to help me find the best and safest way for me to do the exercises! Thank you so much for everything you do!!! Can't wait for more (as say as I'm dripping in sweat haha)

your exercises are the best . It helps my back . This is the second month that im doing it religiously 3 times a week and i can see the difference.Im 66 yrs. old i cant believe my body can have these muscle definition. Even better than yoga and pilates.

HASfit is a life saver . I used to lift weight and then pandamic happened which prompted me to stop . But HASfit has given me an opportunity to get back into working out little by little with their videos. Thank you 🙏🏻 . Keep making these awesome videos .

that was amazing!!!! so hard ! But i followed the guy with 10lb dumbbells and did not think I could do it! and it feels so good to prove myself wrong! Thank you for the encouragement to keep me going throughout the video!

I love your workout the most out of all other 45-60 minutes workouts! Have been following it for almost 2.5 years! Lost 20 pounds in 4.5 months with proper diet!

Good job! I just turned 59 and will try this later today. I don’t agree with the no break approach though. Just not necessary for health and fitness.

I did the entire workout without pausing. I have rarely ever sweated so much in my life! I only managed that because of the constant encouragement by the trainers. I originally wanted to give up after 20 minutes but they kept me pushing with their constant banter. Thanks! This is the first time on this channel. Was worth it

awesome workout....couldn't do it all the first time but I came back and finished it! Coach Kozak's motivation is just what I need -- and thank God for Claudia and her modifiers. This one was super tough but needed! I could not finish it, but got to 32 minutes! I WILL finish the rest tomorrow and eventually be able to do it nonstop. Thanks Claudia and Coach for pushing me to the limit.
