This challenging HIIT routine combines bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to give you a thorough full body workout. You’ll be doing a combination of strength sets and fire sets. The strength sets contain 5 moves, 50 seconds each with 10 seconds rest between each exercise. The fire sets contain 3 moves, 30 seconds each, back to back for a heart pumping sweat session. Get ready to sculpt lean muscle and burn fat, while building a stronger, slimmer body!

I love this work out. I've been doing this one since the summer. I am up to 8 pound weights. When I started I was doing 5 pound weights. Thank you for your positivity Jada! Today my body could, so I did. :)

I am so happy to see more workouts lately with Jada. Her workouts are so effective and they have a variety of moves that I really enjoy. In the cool down I like the breathing exercise with one hand on the chest and one hand on the belly to get your heartrate back down.

I woke up this morning wanting to do a Jada workout and was SOOO happy to see this brand new one uploaded. Love, love, loved it! She has such a great way of keeping you motivated throughout the workout even though you are sweating like crazy and breathing hard. Yay!

I loved this workout but, you do'nt let us know clearly when we are starting each exercise, so it oftens leaves me unbalanced in terms of how many I do on each side.
