Wow, this was one of my favorites! The right balance between challenge and relax for me :) I can't believe I am doing 60 min workouts without a break, thank you 💪👍😁

This workout was both challenging and relaxing with lots of moves I’ve never tried, it felt both strengthening and toning. I will do it many more times

I was just uploaded so it probly takes sometimes to processing to higher resolution. With the right equipment, it should go up to 4K. Hope it does not bother you 💛
