The month of fasting has begun for us muslims. Usually I do Sydney’s workouts at 4 pm but since I’ll be fasting I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep up. Nonetheless I’ll try my best. Best of luck to all those who are committing to do this workout. 🤍 Let’s crush it!

I am also fasting ramadan and I usually did her workouts in the mornings before I had school (I'm in 8th grade). I changed it up and now I workout before I have suhoor, at 2am so I have eaten food already and can drink water. Plus I can have a post workout meal. This works for me, but you can try it out!

OMG!!!! Beast mode workout. Sydney’s words during the workout “accept that you are going to finish” completely changed my mindset and got me to keep pushing. The one thing I know from today’s workout is I will be ravenous all day. Has anyone else been extra hungry during this Shred program?

Today was my dad's birthday so I had a bit of a cheat day but it's okay because I never want to feel deprived of experiences with others! I know it would have been easy for me to blow off my workout and make excuses but I'm proud of myself for being here and completing the workout! It was hard at times but I pushed through and now I feel amazing!

I am not sure why anyone would complain about the workouts....A workout is meant to be challenging and hard to make you overcome the struggle. You arent going to like them all but its the ones that you dont like that you most likely need to work on those movements more....Side note this workout was AMAZING and i totally got my first burning sweaty eyeball!!!

It’s not complaining, it’s constructive criticism. Which is really needed at times because Sydney knows that she is a lifelong athlete. Her followers are not. So she doesn’t always know when something is extremely challenging for people with lower capacity unless they say something. It is meant to be challenging but it’s important people don’t injure themselves either

I know when I started I struggled a lot and I still do with some things....but I am sure there are a lot of us that like the changes in the workout routines. Ie....getting up and down....but it is very nice that she listens to everyone so that she can help them.

Listening to the feedback is what makes Sydney such a great trainer. I agree that people should not be negative or calling the workouts “torture” but I don’t think anyone who legitimately has something to say that may improve a process should be discouraged from doing so.

Good morning, Sydney Squad! I crushed this workout! I came into today’s workout not feeling good because I’m dealing with stress right now concerning work and life. The workout allowed me to let go of some of that stress. Today is my last day of the regular tax season. I’m not going to work the extended season because I want to spend some quality time with my family, my friends, and my girlfriend. I’m proud of myself and everyone else who did this workout with me. I love the self pace, gave me plenty of time/options to feel confident in going up in weight & just focusing on form/slow CONTROLLED yet POWERFUL movements. I have been working out with Sydney every day for about ~5 week. Today was the first day I felt about quitting during the workout. It was TOUGH! I didn’t, and I’m glad stuck with it. I’m noticing my muscles starting to be a little more defined and daily things are getting easier. I’m so lucky to have found this channel and the COMMUNITY to push each other to get better. Sydney you outdid yourself once again. You do read the comments after commenting yesterday about not liking yesterday's workout because it was too fast and too much going up and down off the floor the first sentence out of your mouth was we won't be going down off the floor and you kept your promise. You could have done any other workout you aren't getting money off me but you catered to my 64 year old body with Arthritis. I usually do half your weight. My back bothered me during the standing portions but I think it wasn't the workout but rather the windy weather. Have I ever told you how much I 💘 you and how much you have helped me emotionally in only 3 months. I feel my late sister that passed May 9th 2020 from Pancreatic Cancer is in you with all your positive energy.

I absolutely loved this! I'm 32 weeks pregnant tomorrow and have been using Sydney's workouts my entire pregnancy. Well, most of the time. Some days I need to just do some yoga 😂 but absolutely killed this today and feeling amazing!

I got up this morning giving thanks to the most high for yet another day despite the volcanic dust that is around... This amazing workout was intense n sweaty but I always looked forward for whatever Sydney brings daily....... ❤👍

Crushed it! This was one of my favorites!!!! Gotta story to tell you. So I walk every day and I noticed my neighbor struggling to get a HUGE 20ft pool in the trunk of her car. I asked if she needed any help, and she declined so I kept walking, well I noticed they were still struggling so I rushed over and offered again. So we counted to three and I did a Sydney Squat and lifted from my legs. we HOISTED that thing right up in the car. She was so amazed. She kept saying you are so tiny yet you made it look so easy. I kept thinking about all those SQUATS that have finally paid off. So Thank you Sydney for doing what you do. You are making us stronger each day. It starts in the mind and carries down to the legs! Honestly I was shocked myself!!!

wow!!!! I was literally having a BAD fibromyalgia flare day ( which are rare nowadays) I SERIOUSLY thought about skipping a workout, I am SO PROUD I DID NOT! I did not think I would finish something this intense feeling this bad, but here I am, CRUSHED IT!!!!❤💪🏾🦵🏾

That was tough but we did it! I have loved every workout we have done this month... and every month I've worked out with you! Even on days when we are doing something that might not be my favorite category to work or structure, I am thankful and glad that I have you coaching me along! We could be doing the hokey pokey for 45 minutes and I would follow your lead! 😂 Love you Sydney- and I am SO thankful for what you do for us all every single day!

I love you Sydney!! Sometimes I like to change things up and do a series of ten minute videos of yours. 10 min cardio, 10 min abs, 10 min booty... I’d love it, if you would have a 5 minute warm up video I could do before my mini workout series. Thank you for helping me feel valuable.

I was sore IMMEDIATELY. Seriously, by the cool down, I was sore already. This was so great, so hard, so powerful. Time to foam roll, for sure!
