I just watched your TED talk, also this morning I got up, put on my workout gear and off I went to my mat. I posted this comment to your TED video but I wanted to leave it here as well since I have grown into this community you have built. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ "Sydney and Dustin, you have brought me back to life. When I found you a little over a year ago, I was recovering from bad illness that almost made me give up, I doubted my own strength. I didn't know, how, as a former athlete I was going to move on and start working out again. I didn't know if I could do it again, run marathons, become strong. You made me believe that I could, that it was accessible AND POSSIBLE, that the possibility to have good training was available to me too. Your videos, the quality of them and your words, made me think that you were also including me. You helped me through and I started seeing my own strength, physically and mentally. Through the screen you were/are always there with me as I continue getting stronger. Thank you for making your brilliance accessible to many of us who otherwise would have not found a way. You have touched my life and I feel stronger that I have ever felt. Thank you, both. You have fulfilled your purpose with the impact your vision has had on many of us. I am eternally grateful to you both. (Hats off)"

I watched your Ted Talk yesterday. My biggest tragedy has also been my brother passing away. He passed away last year and he has become my motivation to continue during workouts and my granddaughter is my motivation to be healthy to continue being here to take care of her. I don't want to take for granted the gift of life since my brother was younger than me and his life was cut short. I want to honor him. Thinking of him while doing the tough reps and dedicating them to him verbally is what gets me to push through. Thank you Sydney. The guy in my profile picture is my brother.

Upper body day is my favourite day!! Sydney you're amazing. I used to make so many excuses but the one that I used the most was: "I don't have time to workout". And that was a lie, I used to spend all evening with my cellphone doing nothing and crying becuase I didn't like my body instead of moving my body and feeling great and productive. Thanks to 2020 that was a difficult but I could realise that I wasn't taking care of my body. I was damaging it with all the bad food and no movement. I am proud of myself, grateful and so happy. I do this becuase I love my body, not becuase I hate it.

Love what she said about programming the workouts so we get a full body training experience. That’s why I love this so much, I know I’m getting stronger all around because I’m getting the areas I wouldn’t spend much time on if I was picking what I like working out. Arms and cardio would be all that I did if I had the choice lol and my poor legs would suffer, even though I struggle with lower body I’m glad that she sprinkles legs in because I also need it. And since starting all of this it has been sooo much easier and I can tell my legs are stronger. Happy day 11 friends!

I 100% prefer a full body workout as opposed to just upper or lower body, but like you said in your post workout speech, that’s why I do what you post daily, so I don’t just go choose what I like to do all the time because I would not choose a 40 minute upper body workout! That being said, my shoulders are shaking from this one today-Wow!

Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb (0,45 kg) dumbbells but stopped at around 18 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

Thank you for going back to the 3 sets of 45 seconds- so much better then 4 minutes sets.
