Thanks a bunch for taking time to post this great set of exercises! I recently got my bag and after a few workouts I can say it's like no other free weight! This bag is an absolute beast. It seems quite easy when watching the vid but once you grab that fluid weight things get really wild! Also being able to adjust the weight with total precision makes this gear just out of its league.

Fantastic demonstrations! I have owned this for a while and wish I found this video sooner. I have gotten rid of all my free weights and only use adjustable dumbbells and bands with a vibrating platform and balance board....this will add so much more to my workouts now that I have found so many creative ways to use it! Great job!

Many good ideas. I would like to mark my favorites for reference :) 1-3, 6, 10, 14, 18, 20-21, 23, 26, 30, 35, 38, 41, 44 (How did I not think of jump squats? Simple yet effective, esp. w/water!)

Some really good exercises but also a lot of fluff that is better off done with dumbbells or barbells

Agreed you get better form with standard weights and its more practical
