I love how he keeps looking at the camera person, including them in the conversation. He and his home give off such an appreciative, down to earth vibe, I feel myself relaxing listening to him speak. His approach reminds me of local life in Bali, where no matter how little $$ people have, they take time to appreciate nature, fresh flowers, and express gratitude for life several times a day.

Bryce, your summation is spot-on. James' house is full of his character - quirky, friendly, contented, eclectic. No pretensions at all, it looks totally lived in.
