So there you have it, the "blonde parasite" as you disrespectfully called her without even knowing that person, did not deny access or time to the father with his kids. The father is the one not wanting to spend time with the kids or properly help support them. That lady works full time and is the primary care provider of those kids, so pray tell us how is it that you consider her to be a parasite. Based on the evidence he seems to be like a deadbeat dad, and selfish too. All you heard him saying was "me, me, me, my future" but he was not thinking about his children's present or future. Since a father accompanying his daughter to the female clothing section to buy here her first bra or other feminen things is usually not something the father or daughter would really like ,but if it was the mother no problem . The system is unfair. The support is supposed to go for HALF the kids expenses, not all of it. 2.. there is no guarantee that money is being used for the kids. Most of the time the parent uses for themselves. 3.. support should not be solely based off what the person makes. If i was paying 300 a month for 1 child and then got a better job... that has absolutely no impact on half the cost of raising that child. If 300 was good enough last month, what makes this month 200 dollars more expensive? The answer is nothing. It's called greed by the other parent. I have never had to pay child support cause i had custody of the kids. I certainly did not ask for support. We talked about it and agreed to go in half on everything... as it should be. Oh and another thing. Just because one parent wants something for their child, doesn't mean said child has to have it or actually needs it. No kid needs $150 pair of shoes. or more than a couple of pairs of shoes for that matter. Make-up is a luxury. A computer/tablet/cell phone is a luxury, not a need. Utilities are barely impacted by kids, least if you have strict ground rules... no 30-45 minute showers. Turn off the unused lights. Close the damned door. Water out of the faucet is just fine, you don't need a water from a bottle.. etc etc. Air conditioning is not a need. We didn't have any of these thing as kids and we didn't die, or were negatively impacted as a kid. There is a BIG difference in a need vs a want. I am not saying that kids shouldn't be able to have these luxuries. What i am saying is any parent should not be forced to pay money in support for such things. Support if for Clothes, food and medical expenses. You can't calculate rent or a mortgage into it because that person would be paying one of them anyways, with or without a child. There is an argument for the cost differential for the extra bedroom... but each parent is responsible for half that expense like all the others. That should be based of the average cost. Not because the custodial parent decided to move into a house that costs 900k bucks rather than one at 400k that would be comparable. (some people just like to live in ritzy neighborhoods they can't afford as a status symbol). Like I mentioned from the onset. The system is deeply flawed. Very little money actually goes to support the kids. The parent usually spends it on themselves. Too many parents are being taken advantaged of by the other parent. Notice i never mentioned Mom or dad. The system screws both.

Man... I'm fine with modification but from what he was saying he makes $5000 when he's lucky for a big party. Those aren't always consistent. Sometimes you're LUCKY to make that in a month. Now, if his circumstances changed through his employer and he was making a consistent $5000/month that's great for him. But I highly doubt that was the case. He communicated it very poorly to the judge.

i have a question....if lets say you make net 3000a month. out of that 1000 is rent, 1000 is cs, you are left with 1000, from that you take out the bills and you are left with barely anything to live on. i get that the other parent needs assistance and rightfully so. but still. like how is it faire for the parent that pays cs, to live on nothing?!
@MikeS-73 жыл бұрын
Those child support tables need to be abolished. There should be a standardized amount that every parent has to pay. There should be no income based scale for child support. Further, custody should always be 50/50 out of the gate no child support and that puts an end to this nonsense. Men are tired of this rip-off. The judges purposely award the children to women in order to extract resources from the men. Marriage is a financial ripoff. This guy's income is sporadic and yet now he's paying a fixed amount of scalable child support to his wife not for the benefit of the children but for the wife and that's what it's all about. It's disgraceful. And men are done with this. More of us are learning the games of ripoff and it's rigged. In the end the losers are going to be women because we're not playing.

I wish she was our child support judge my husband has to pay so much child support and his greedy ex wife lies to their kids and tells them that he doesn't pay his child support when infact he does and she uses the money for beer liquor weed and a really bad drug habit and we even had a video of her telling the kids that he doesn't pay and asked the judge if we could get the kids a dedicated account so she would have to show receipts on spending the money only to benefit the kids but for some reason it was denied idk it's as if she has the judge under her little spell and we have all the proof that we need we only asked for a dedicated account it's not like he's asking for his support to be lowered or anything it's so frustrating 🤬
@Jakeski873 жыл бұрын
I can't agree with the increase based on tips; tips aren't stable income. Where's the tax return with gross and net income? Are we really just going off what she said? Why would he agree to that? Either this is fake or he subconsciously believes he's not doing enough for the kids.

In certain industries tips ARE the income. If someone is regularly earning a certain amount, even if it is tips, that can be included in child support just like a one time payout of life insurance, some inheritances, etc. it’s called INCOME. Children need food, clothes, medicine, etc. it takes 2 to make them. If he wants to pay less he can take them more and then he would have to spend more supporting them. Instead he is leaving them with mom and wants all his money to himself. It doesn’t work that way.
