The lights are led on XC90 instrument cluster? Not sure why they didn't stick with bulbs as in the rest of P2 line up? The clusters are plug and play units anyway, the peeps you bought it from might have had one with similar mileage on the shelf, just me being cynical? This might seem obvious but did you check the instrument dimer switch wasn't just low, it did look like it as the DIM was illuminated OK but not the speedo etc... which are controlled by dimer switch?

The dimmer switch is set to the max brightness position. I suspect it's too high resistance because it's intended for normal bulbs - plan to swap it for a dimmer switch from a later model to match the updated panel.

@@indecisiveauto Did the replacement binnacle come from a P2 car, V70 etc., instead of an XC? Should be LEDs?

I use iCarsoft and I was able to reset SRS Light with it on my.2010 XC90 Are you Derby Based?
