Very much was a fat burner workout. I stayed in my level most of the time. Paul thanks for explaining the chart to us. I was able to talk throughout it. Yes I am looking forward to more low impact workout. It really does works. Thanks Paul❤

I am so glad it worked for you. that is the only reason I have on my fitness watch is to see if I am in my fat burning zone. The faster the workout the quicker for me it moves from fat burning to cardio

Another great workout Coach 💪 I try to work on at least 2 low Impact workouts a week, and this was perfect for today since I was listening to my body. And of course, I had to wiggle😅😂 😂

I hear you. I knew I would be out of the fat burning zone in minutes, because of how high energy I am. But it's a good form of displine.

Great work out as ever Coach Paul. We owe you thanks not just for today but for keeping us working out together since mid-2020. We were away for 3 nights at the weekend, danced and disco'd each evening ( fitness tracker says several hours of aerobic work out). I used the gym for full sessions and swam. Janice did aquafit , dance fit and swimming too. We had a ball, enjoying our fitness in our golden years. Hope to be joining you for many years to come.
