Thanks. I got a new trampoline delivered today. I now have 5 here at home. I don't buy them; fitness companies give them to me to try out in a video. I can keep the trampolines. I usually give them away.

interesting about fat burning. that's the first i ever heard this. So I would need to workout at a slower pace to burn fat.

Same pace, but you'd have to work out longer if you stay moderate like he's advising. When you lower intensity you have to increase duration. Read up on it, lots of articles online about what's recommended.

You can burn fact working out a faster pace, but just not as much. Carbs become the main fuel your body uses not fat.

Hello, you will need to get your doctor to tell you how what is best for you. But in the meanwhile I would advise a slow walking exercise. I will one day create one at a lower pace.
