High Paul. I am a continuous fan of your workouts. My problem is I don’t need to loose weight I need to just stay fit and tone down you have any suggestions? I am 65yrs old and female if that helps

Why is your chart only to 70? I don’t think people at 40 are going to do your senior workout, I’m 76 and have no problem keeping up with you.

Actually the chart was started at age 20 to 80, I had to trim it down to fit on the screen. I will revise it from ages 50 - 80. There are some 40 something who do workout with me and it's a challenge to them.
