Hello friends! Today I made an incredibly simple recipe that I learned at a restaurant. Aroma of bread. This bread is easy to make at home and the ingredients are super simple! Recipe and ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar. 1 tablespoon yeast.
1 large egg.
280 ml warm milk. 100 ml warm water.
580 grams of flour. Add a little at a time.
1 teaspoon salt.
50 grams of butter.
Grease the cup with vegetable oil.
Cover with cling film and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 9 equal parts.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball.

Leave on for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough and repeat after me.

Я смазываю булочки яйцо с молоком 1 яйцо и 2 ложки молока размешиваю хорошо и смазываю. А когда испекуться сахарным сиропом смазываю , и горячими булочки смазываю. Они тогда блестящие и сладкие, у меня очень внуки любят❤
