I know it makes great content for the channel and it is extremely vulnerable position the biz owners and employees partake in but very impressive that Mike Andes is doing this for free. Hardship breeds an entrepreneurial and resourceful spirit. I grew up like this guy just low income all I knew was poverty. Now at 42 i have a nice house, land, my own business, 4 kids, and a good partner. My oldest is 17 so i naturally gave him everything i didn’t have and now he’s entitled and lazy. I have 3 younger children that i make work for everything because I know now the hardship is what created my mindset. There’s gotta be balance between giving them a good life but not handing everything to them so they appreciate what they have. Love the videos i learned a lot about myself watching them.

57:50 these words gave me chills because I had a similar problem. The way I focused turned up when I read "the 7 habits" but essentially writing down the Big Rocks, the Most Important Objectives and posting them on the door to my office. Then I would ask if the task I was on was helping the objective. My objectives scored 10/10 at the end of the year the first time, i struggled later when the goals got harder, but i always met the minimum goal

With a stocked beer fridge, not a small one a household one. So yeah I worked for someone like this before never will do it ever again. Learned my lesson.

With commercial divers I'm split on this idea. The argument of risking your life diving for work, the first beer should be free. The problems come after the second beer and the liability which I completely understand. However a boss that works at the office with a beer fridge in his office is a different story.

All these ideas, the main hustle pressure cleaning, second hustle christmas lights, 3rd partnership with the window cleaning hustle, 4th hustle a video game, 5th franchising hustle... but nothing ever makes any money. Full of ideas with just as many excuses why it isn't working. This guy should get back to basics. He thinks he is smarter than everyone else but should look in the mirror. The financials don't lie. To the Owner: Have you tried natural remedies for your ADD. Stop eating 5 allergens,,(peanuts, dairy, wheat, oats, and refined sugar) cut back on that... it could take up 2 months. Take coconut oil for neurological problems.. st johns wart is another one. This would help him focus. You can't please everyone. You can't expect to get 100% reviews, if your company is growing. Words have power... we all have some sort of limitation that makes it more of a challenge. It seems like you have done well, you just need to tweak some things. Always, tweak and pivot for the better. If he does that, the owner would kill it in sales... and make millions per year. (I love the name, too!) What's up with all the flatscreens? To Mike Andes: You are young and a genius. You are helping other small businesses. I know you offer consulting and that is awesome.
